Seller goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction
This seller has been extremely kind to replace my defective lamp which came with a defective adapter. They have shown great concern and done their best to help. The lamp is really terrific with multiple settings. If there is a problem to connect the lamp to it's base, I recommend a bit of sand paper to clean out the cylinder in the base and then the pieces should fit together. It's best they are tight since being loose could pose an issue. This lamp is a great addition to my piano and is also very useful for sewing and art projects. Previously I would have issues being able to see what I was doing working after dark but this lamp solves the problem with it's great even lighting. It's very handy to have the extension cord as an added accessory. The seller offers a three year guarantee and stands behind their products. This is very nice to see.

Helpful to have the different light settings. Wide lighting. Only issue is that the switch could have been closer to the actual lamp rather than much further down the wire but not a big issue.

Very disappointed product
When I opened the parcel, the carton has a hole in it. The quality was not as good as the described in the website, just as the $20 lamp from IKEA. The function was alright, and I really needed a piano lamp, so I decided to keep it.
