First of all, ordered this vest two nights ago, got it the next day! Wow, and I don’t even have Prime! Secondly, it fits well despite looking at it upon arrival, it looked small and I’m a wide chested, it fit great and the front strap is adjustable. Thirdly, it’s soft and comfortable, no chafing noted yet. And lastly, it really elevated my workouts causing me to work harder and sweat more. I’m trying it out on my treadmill run tonight, I’m sure it will go well.

Love it ! Great addition to my workouts and I get a lot of compliments on the look itself online lol. 4 pounds isn’t very heavy at all but just enough for me, comfortable fit including a comfort band of fabric just under the bucket so no chest irritation during a workout. Ordering a second vest (heavier) for my partner very soon.

The smallest size is comfortable on my 5’6” / 130 lb (36” chest & 41” shoulder) frame. The clip is cinched as tight as it will go and there’s still a lot of room.My issue is with the sellers decision to use an ad showing a woman running. This added weight can potentially cause injury to your knees in the same way that running down stairs can cause injury. Inexperienced athletes (or the elderly) should be extra careful. A weighted vest can also throw an uncoordinated person off balance - just like a heavy backpack. This can be an excellent tool to increase bone density if used properly!
