Q: Will this work on old hardwood floors? Also can you roll it on or is it best to put on with a cloth?

It’s just a natural oil so should be fine for any wood. I used a roller to apply it in my log cabin, worked great! Just used a brush to make it even, where it would run.

Q: Can u use this for raised garden beds?

Not recommended. From the Sunnyside web site: WARNING: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS CHEMICALS KNOWN TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE CANCER AND BIRTH DEFECTS, OR OTHER REPRODUCTIVE HARM. Most boiled linseed oil contains chemical drying agents: as per MSDS, this contains cobalt manganese salt. You can get "PURE BOILED LINSEED OIL" without chemical additives, but it's hard to find and sometimes labeled incorrectly. You can ALWAYS use 100% RAW linseed oil for raised bed wood: it's a plant based product. It just takes longer to dry.
