These are hands down the best multivitamin I have ever taken. At first, I was a little apprehensive to purchase these because of the price, but after taking them for almost 3 months now they are well worth the money. These are the first multivitamins that I have ever taken so consistently that I actually run out of them. They have absolutely no side effects, you can take them on an empty stomach, and I definitely feel the difference in energy when I take them. I have purchased these three times and I will continue to be a customer in the future.

This is worth the money. I feel better both mentally and physically. It has also made me very regular in the bathroom.

I did notice a difference in my joint pain and endurance levels taking this product; however, the pill has an iron taste to it and the flat oblong shape has edges that make it difficult to swallow for anyone with any "pill swallowing" problems. I have since changed to a Whole Foods gummy.

I have a sensitive stomach, and these vitamins don't bother me at all. I also have a hard time swallowing pills. Despite these being on the larger size, they aren't difficult to swallow. The vitamins are made from food, and I appreciate that because they are more easily absorbed
