I have suffered from scalp psoriasis for the last 5 years. So with that being said, I’ve been having to rotate shampoos that were either prescribed by my dermatologist or otc that had salicylic acid, coal tar, etc. So you can pretty much guess how much havoc I have put on my hair due to constant use of harsh products, as well as steroids to keep my scalp somewhat at bay. I never could find a shampoo that wouldn’t trigger some sort of problem for my scalp. I have been fighting for years to just be able to use a “normal” product and just have a good hair day and feel good about my hair. I happened to come across this shampoo at Marshall’s 2 months ago , and usually Zinc Pyrithione and anything with fragrance + my scalp aren’t friends. Well I’m not entirely sure what this magical sorcery is but I haven’t had any problems with my scalp since using it.. I wasn’t getting my hopes up because usually I was let down. But for someone who has tried everything, and now being able to use something that’s actually nourishing for my hair health and healing my scalp I cannot thank this brand enough! I now have this on a subscription because I’m so afraid of it being discontinued. It’s definitely hydrating and thick and lathers extremely well! I learned very quickly that you do not need a lot of this shampoo, and my hair is long. I do use the conditioner and hair essence oil in conjunction so overall my experience with their products has exceeded my expectations!

This mask is honestly amazing. From the first use, I could feel a huge difference—my hair was incredibly soft, shiny, and easy to manage, like I’d just had a professional treatment. The texture is rich and creamy, and it smells so good without being overpowering.I have color-treated and slightly damaged hair, and this brought it back to life. It delivers what they say. I’m on my second go round with both the shampoo and conditioner and I think it’s the best out there. I feel as though I’ve tried everything for my thinning menopausal hair and am so happy with this brand. Once again am getting compliments on my hair! Somehow it plumps my hair which makes it look thicker and leaves my hair super soft and shiny. LoveLoveLove it.

1 star off due to the bottle leaking all over the inside of the box which leaked all over the inside of the bag it was contained in. Also 1 star off due to the pump not working at all. I asked my husband to help. He said the pump is missing a piece that allows it to work properly. This problem seems to be common & at this point, the manufacturer should remedy it. I bought a 2 pack of 16.9oz flip top clear, plastic bottles here to use instead of the one this product came in because the product works really well. It is a mess and inconvenient to open the bottle and pour into my hands because the stick the pump was attached to is still inside the bottle, so when you unscrew the lid, it brings out product that gets all over.The product is AMAZING! Bottle sucks but the Elmer's glue-like miracle worker contained inside is worth it's weight in gold, in my opinion. I have low iron & am hypothyroid. My natural blonde hair shows everything, including oddly fried layers around my face. I have no idea how they came about but at one point, my hair was all one length, down to my knees. Now I have long, baggy bangs that frame my face. The doctors say thyroid and low iron causes hair loss and damage so I'm on thyroid medication and take an iron supplement. They have helped build the shampoo was really a one time miracle worker!During a single 1st use, could feel my scalp tingle in a healthy way. My burning, itchy scalp has now calmed down and the shampoo alone made my hair soft! Shampoo is typically pretty drying but this was different. It is very white like Elmer's glue and the texture is similar, even somewhat stringy. It was very different to say the least. If you want different results, you have to try something different. This is that. The conditioner stays on for 3-5 mins and rinsed clean. Between the two, after my shower I towel dried and tried to gently comb through the ends. This was the 1st time in a long time my brittle, gummy "bangs" did snap and curl up. I combed through and added the serum. That was liquid gold for my hair. Between the 3, once my hair was dry, it was the softest but also healthiest it's felt literally in years!The shampoo s ent is labeled "lavender". Maybe it is but it smelled slightly more minty, more like a spa, to me. It also felt cool on my scalp. Just something to note. I'm looking forward to shampooing again where I used to dread drying out my hair. So far this product is part of the holy trinity for my hair.

It arrived leaking inside the packaging. When I used the shampoo it lathered okay but it made my hair feel like straw. I wouldn’t purchase it again.
