ACL Staticide 6500 ESD Safety Shield, 8 oz Aerosol Spray Can, Translucent (4)

I haven't used this product yet, originally bought this to put on the outside of my spill proof thermal mug to use at work, but since ordering this my boss said he preferred I use a standard company issued mug, though it is not spill proof, to which he issued me one that day. So, I haven't found another purpose for this product yet.

Did not work at all for me.It appears to be windex with carbon particles in it.My cheap surface conductivity meter detects 10^4 ohms when wet and infinite when dry. The meter detects conductive foam just fine.Tried spraying another layer and still detected no conductivity.Tried spaying cardboard too but detected no conductivity.
