7g fiber per serving. How many g. soluble fiber vs insoluble? My cereal tells me and this IS fiber yet it doesn't.

Is it flavored?

No and I like it that way...  I put a vitamin C packet that is flavored or a small amount of juice with it.. That way it tastes whatever I may want that day.  You can taste the fiber but it is not overbearing and you get used to it fast.

Someone commented that this is not gluten free, but in the ingredients I don't see anything containing gluten. Is this gluten free or not?

Why would this change your A1c? I don't get it.

As I understand (I'm not a doctor), insoluble fiber is a carbohydrate that does not get digested, thus it does not increase your blood glucose levels. Because it is not digested, it slows down the absorption of soluble carbohydrates through the digestive system, which add to blood glucose levels. Therefore, insoluble fiber reduces spikes in blood glucose levels. It also makes you feel more full for a longer period of time, so you're likely to eat less overall.
