The chair was packed very well, with cushioning to keep things from getting scratched. It comes with paper instructions, but there is also an excellent video on the Amazon web page where the chair is listed for sale, so I followed that. At the start of the video, they show all the pieces you are supposed to have. All of mine were there. All of the various screws are on a piece of cardboard labeled with the screw number (the number keys to the video) and the number of that type of screw. It also comes with an Allen wrench to use with the screws. I am a 71 year old woman and had no trouble putting it together by myself. The only really challenging part was when I went to tighten the screws that hold the backrest to the arms. That took a while to get right, as the screws were in a difficult place to reach. But I finally got them. The last step, dropping the seat into the base was a challenge, too, as you have to drop it directly over the air rod, when you can't see what you are doing, but I finally managed that as well. The chair fits nicely behind the desk, and the arms are low enough to go under it. It has height adjustment, but when I sat in it the first time, I discovered that it is already the perfect height for me! It replaces a 40 year old upholstered dining room chair with casters that don't always cooperate, so it is nice to have not just new and better casters, but also the ability to swivel the seat. Because my desk is in my dining room, I wanted something cute that didn't look like a formal office chair, and I am very pleased with the colors available - I chose blue - and really like the style. It is also incredibly comfortable. I AM TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH THIS CHAIR!

Works well! Doesn’t roll as great as you would think it should but for the price not bad

Most pleased with finding an office chair for around $45. This chair was 38% off at Amazon. My mother is 87 years old and was having a difficult time getting in and out of a dining room chair. They are too low. These chairs are fairly easy to assemble. Securing the back of the chair took the most time, but the end results are well worth the time. Chairs are comfortable, supportive and she loves how easy they are to sit in and get up again. People may not think of using an office chair at the dining room table. I had been using a cheaper office chair at the table as the dining table chairs, I was using were like sitting on rocks. My mother is seriously considering ordering two more of these. We ordered them in Blue.

Received this chair and immediately assembled it. Here's what I've found:(tl;dr)(1) Assembled in about 20 minutes with the supplied tool only. A lot faster if you've an electric screwdriver;(2) Everything LOOKED new, but there were chips and scratches on the 2 side amrss (poor workmanship seemed to be the case);(3) A "click" sound was heard every time I sat on the chair (a lot less than the max weight for the chair). It's there no matter how low/high I adjusted the chair; and(4) All 5 wheels were smooth and quiet (so far).Comfort wise, it's ok. Foam wasn't memory foam, so it would eventually deform. Side arms were of hard plastics so it provided support but no comfort there. Ergonomics back was NOT strong enough to actually give me that "push" on my back (it sank in when I sat on the chair). The plastic back actually didn't provide any support since the back mesh didn't even tough the plastics. It has the tension control for tilting, but honestly I didn't feel any difference.I got it for less than $45 because it's the cheapest I could get to ship to Hawaii for free...

The chair is a great chair. It looks great too. The armrest are plastic which is a turn off but it’s manageable. It’s good for its price but you could find better if you paid for a more expensive chair of course after a few hours of assembly is 4 stars for me.

My son wants a better and more comfortable chair, that’s what he said once I asked him how he’s liking his chair …

The chair arrived on time and was easy to assemble, compared to more expensive raids it is acceptable and easy to use for a chair.

This chair is used in an in home office. Comfortable to sit in, and the curve at the lumbar area fits nicely in my back.
