I have been using Obogi products for 7 years. Never disappointed，I have tried a lot of neck/shoulder serums and creams. This is the first one I can see it working. It has transformed the look of my 45 year old neck and shoulder area. Wrinkles are far less noticeable and the whole area looks more lifted！While it says to use it twice a day, I only use it once about every other day. It does take some months to see results, but it really does a lot for my neck to reduce the crepiness and firm up the neck. I just use a very tiny bit and it goes a long way.

I have tried a few Obagi products but I think this is the most luxe one I have tried yet. I don't have too many lines or loose skin on my neck but its never too soon to start. At the least I know this should help to keep my skin hydrated.The application in unique as it has a metal roller to help spread the product over your skin. I've used these type of roller products for undereyes and such, but I like it better for this area of the body. Theres a dial that allows the product to come out, just switch it back when the product has dispensed, and then you roll it over you skin.I've used this for just a few days and my skin for sure is my hydrated.

This product definitely works and gives me results, just like all my other Obagi products. It is very pricey, but worth it to me because I truly see a difference after using it. It's helped make the skin on my neck firmer, smoother, and fine lines have began to fade. I love the way my neck is looking now. The roller on it feels so amazing and cooling, and it makes applying the serum more satisfying and simple. I'm so happy it is really working and it's boosted my confidence. My neck was the one thing that bothered me the most, and I'm glad this product is changing it for the better. I would absolutely recommend it.

I ordered this because over the last few years, I've been consuming more and more content on my smart phone. Why is this relevant? Well, I'm constantly looking down on my phone, and this is causing wrinkles and aging in the appearance in my neck. Simply put, I was skeptical that any topical product would have any results that I am pleased with. However, Obagi's ELASTIderm really does deliver results and has reduced (but not completely eliminated) the appearance of the pesky wrinkles on my neck. It took about 3-4 weeks of consistent use before the results seemed super noticeable to me. I also want to mention that I like the roll on applicator of the product, as it is efficient and makes it so the product doesn't absorb into my finger. This is especially important because there is not much product and it is quite expensive. However for reducing wrinkling on my neck, I've tried a few different serums and creams and this gave me the best results by a long shot. Also, just a little product goes a long way, and I expect this is enough product to last me a full year easy.

I am a big fan of Obagi products, and this one does not disappoint. I love the roller applicator. You turn the roller top to release the product. Then, you turn it back to stop the release, but you can continue to use the roller to spread the product across your skin. It feels wet for a minute, but it does sink in.There is a definite change in the appearance of my neck skin. It looks healthier and is well moisturized. At this point, I can't tell if it is doing permanent repair/tightening, or if it is just improving the appearance temporarily. Regardless, I do like the product. The tube does hold a good quantity of product, so it should last for a while.I am going to assess the results over a longer period of time to decide if I am willing to pay this price for another roller when this one runs out.In my picture above, the left side is without Obagi application; the right side is after application.I hope you find this review and pictures helpful! 🙂

This is what I would call a luxury product, Obagi Medical Elastiderm Neck and Decollete Concentrate, due to its price tag. There isn't much information on the product in the listing or on the box/tube but it's supposed to improve sun damaged, wrinkled skin on the neck and decolletage (upper chest). It comes in a tube with a roller dispenser top. The concentrate is like a serum, thin and viscous and goes on very smoothly and feels cool. There was no irritation or tight feeling. The fluid didn't come out until I squeezed the tube so be careful you don't dispense too much, not much is needed and you don't want to waste a drop. I've only been using this a short time so it's too soon to tell if there's any improvement but I have high hopes! The listing says the biggest improvements were shown after using for 12 weeks.

I picked this up for my moms neck. She just had surgery on it and I think this will help her neck to regain much of its original shape back. Since her third neck surgery ( a fourth is upcoming) she has some drooping in her neck skin. we are really hoping that this will help to bring back the original firmness to her neckline. She has only been using this for about a week so the results are minimal so far. She said she can feel a difference from putting it on though and that tells me something. It must be doing something if she feels relief from applying it. I will but it for that reason alone even if it does nothing else. I hope it is doing something else as well. Only time will tell, but I am very hopeful with what my mom has felt from this so far.

This OBAGI MEDICAL ELASTIderm Neck and Décolleté Concentrate comes in a nice tube with a roller applicator. The roller applicator rolls freely and allows the serum to flow. The serum applies smoothly. The roller provides cooling effect while an application and pleasant feelings. The serum has a very light and pleasant smell. After few weeks of using I have noticed that my skin feels smoother, and looks more even and firmer. I would definitely continue to use the serum and shop for other products by this brand.
