I loved the design of the item when i compared it with the other offerings on Amazon. It looked excellent for my bicycle and took all measurements to make certain it was the right one...i took 45 minutes and tightened all of the velcro straps...made certain everything was properly fastened...i secured my 8 lb puppy puppy in the basket...rode off down the road...then started hearing the tire rubbing on the bottom of the carrier. not even 100 meters...the bottom is destroyed...I was really looking forward to taking my little guy out for a ride...totally disappointed....I contacted Amazon...They were amazing!!! They refunded the purchase immediately and told me to dispose of the basket/bag/ carrier. I have to say I am really disappointed about not being able to take him with me on the bicycle but I am not dissatisfied because of the amazing customer care i was given! Thanks Amazon!!!

My dog hated this. We were replacing a basket that had lasted us for almost 10 years. He was used to being able to lay down in his basket, but there is absolutely no room in this one. My dog is only 11lbs, but he had to stay sitting in this basket while we went on our ride. He couldn't get comfy and wanted to get out the moment I put the basket on the ground. He won't jump in it on his own at all.
