Damaged product and unhelpful
Provided a damaged product. Did not offer to replace it and declined to provide a partial refund.The schedule is also wrong, the first round of knock-out games after the group stage is labelled as "Last 14", this should be "Last 16" - it's likely this product is a cheap knock-off.The seller simply defaulted to amazon's standard return and refund policy. No effort was made by the seller beyond that to address them providing a damaged product and/or the position of I either having to 1) accept a defective product or 2) return it for a refund and have wasted my time in buying it from the seller and then having to return it.
