Its a quite usefull product and portable to store in. My mother got very a happy to get this product ,

Rickety piece with narrow steps.
It s a rickety piece and while it does unfold quickly, it doesn’t feel safe. My watchman was unhappy with it. And I too felt a little unsteady on it. It ought to have broader steps. That may help, I think.

Product is okay But my concern in more about your logistics department, as they should handle heavy or big stuff more carefully you can see damaged ladder delivered to me in image attached below.

Nice & handy product very tall
Lovely product, very tall, light weight, compact stability of product is less as because of light weight , folding arms can some times get stuck while folding, using the ladder for 15 days no problem. But stability is an issue 1 has to stand down to hold the ladder
