For years I struggled with bad breath and if I had known waterpiks would solve my problem, I would have gotten one sooner. I always thought water would be all over the bathroom and mirror. After reading the instructions I realized I should have gotten one years ago. My teeth really feel clean, my mouth feels clean even in the mornings. I truly love this item. It works well and has many attachments, is easy to use AND if you keep your mouth closed around the tip no water all over!

This is a great flosser for its price point, this the 2nd one I have bought for my family. It has a powerful motor and the various speeds work well, especially the soft speed, when my gums feel tender. Its kind of big to pack for traveling, but fits in small vanity I have. the battery last fairly long. iI charge it maybe once every 3 weeks.

This is my second one of this product. The power and efficiency is terrific. My first one failed to recharge after 2 1/2 years. The product is used at least once a day so 2 1/2 years was fine to ke.

However, there was one small hiccup that prevented me from giving it a perfect 5-star rating.When I received my MOCEL Water Dental Flosser, I was disappointed to discover that it did not come with instructions for use or assembly. While the assembly wasn't too difficult to figure out on my own, I found myself a bit lost when it came to figuring out how to use the device properly. I ended up having to search online for videos and tutorials to help me get the hang of it.That being said, once I figured out how to use the MOCEL Water Dental Flosser, I found it to be a highly effective tool for oral hygiene. It has several different settings and nozzles that allow for a customizable and thorough cleaning experience. It's also relatively quiet and easy to clean, which is a huge plus in my book.Overall, I would still highly recommend the MOCEL Water Dental Flosser Oral Irrigator, despite its lack of instructions. It may be an Amazon choice product, but it's clear that it lacks the most important thing - instructions for use. However, once you figure it out, it's a fantastic addition to your oral hygiene routine.As it is my first time ever using Dental Flosser I do not have a comparison and therefor happy with what I got.

We purchased the Cordless Water Dental Flosser for our Granddaughter. She is getting braces Aug 15 and it was recommended that she get something like this due to the difficulty of keeping her teeth cleaned daily with braces. She's been learning how to use the Flosser and has told us she loves the cleaning process, the color, and the mobility of the Flosser along with ease of the charging process. It's simple to use and fantastic according to her...Praise The Lord! By our granddaughters satisfaction we would highly recommend the Cordless Water Dental Flosser!

Convenient to use and after use completely different freshness than after a dental joke. The price is affordable, I recommend it to everyone who monitors the cleanliness of the oral cavity.

Use it for less tan 2 months and it won’t take any charge. Tried 3 different chargers and cables overnight cannot find any warranty info at product page for their warranty policy. Tried to contact seller thru Amazon. Waiting. Not happy.Update： contact Amazon CS chat and seller promptly replied to send a replacement. Good sign. Waiting to receive before I update my rating.8/26/24 update: yesterday received replacement as promised. Extremely pleased with fast response, promised delivery and excellent support to their own product. This shows their commitment to after sales support.

I have ordered many products via Amazon but never prepared a review for any of them since most were just fine and, when not, I had good experiences with returns or customer service. But that was not the case for the Mocel Dental Water Flosser. I ordered this flosser in April to take on a trip in May. After using it for three weeks in May it just stopped working and would not charge up. I wrote to customer service explaining the situation and asked for a refund. "Jacob" replied asking for proof of purchase and a video. I sent the proof of purchase and explained there was nothing a video would show, as there was no movement that could be seen since the flosser was not working. After a week without a reply I inquired again and Jacob replied that Mocel was taking no action since I did not submit a video. So I then took a video showing that when I clicked the on-off button nothing was happening. Jacob wrote back saying that the flosser needed to be charged even though I told him in my first inquiry that the flosser would not take a charge. I replied saying again that I tried to charge the flosser without success, using several different charging cords and bases that worked ok for other devices. I never heard back from Mocel and have given up at this point. By the way this product is advertised as having a warranty, but apparently this doesn't mean anything. So beware.

What a Great Buy! I purchased this Dental Flosser for my 8 year old granddaughter who has braces. I bought another Flosser previously and she could not use it as the pressure was to strong for her.This Flosser has a child setting which has less pressure and works really well, especially with her braces.She is very happy and Flosses Daily. Even her 4 year old sister is flossing everyday.

I hesitated to buy this but I am so very pleasantly impressed! Settings range from chil/soft/pulse to "normal" and "strong". Actually I can't use the strong setting as I feel it will blow my gums apart! I started with soft and had some bleeding and in a few days bleeding stoped and I moved to "normal" with no issue. My gums have no signs of inflammation and my teeth feel much cleaner than just with brushing alone. It makes for a great practice to rinse after a meal too getting rid of debris stuck in between the teeth. I only charged it once since I purchased it a couple of months ago and is still good to go! Easy to carry and wash. I don't have any comparisons standard but I am very impressed with the performance and ease of use. As other people mentioned the buttons a bit small. I use it in the shower so no problem about the splattering everywhere. Maybe give it a try first in the shower anyway to accommodate with it, the jet is quite powerful and messy. My partner bought the same item, we are both pleased with it! Great value for money.
