Great Quality, soft, comfortable. My dog was able to wear this costume much longer than other costumes over the years; he didn't overheat in it. I ordered a size 3 for my 20 lb Boston Terrier and it was a little too short for his height, i could see his feet, and when he would put his head up the Panda head would fold back. I reordered the size 4 which fit his height much better, the head piece was a little big, but it has an elastic adjustment, so i was able to snug it up and make it work. I would highly recommend this costume, it's easy to put on. The only negative comment i have, is that a white cording, lace up system goes up your dogs back, therefore the top view of the costume is lacking, i wish it had a Velcro strap of fur to cover this once the costume was on. obviously the front view is amazing!

This is an adorable costume but unfortunately, it ran small and I didn't have time to order another one before I needed it. It's very nicely made though.

I saw a lot of cute videos online of this shark tank product so I thought it would be perfect for my dog since he’s a small Havanese. I got size 2 because he measured exactly 15.5 inches height-wise. However, the cap/ears wouldn’t stay on his head and kept slipping off. The chest is adjustable so don’t worry about the width. The feet however are weird because there’s holes for your dog’s paws to go through but the costume has a flat ending on both bottom legs so it looks like it would velcro but it doesn’t. Lastly, the bamboo with the brand name just looks cheap. It’s all wrinkled and bent instead of straight. People kept asking what it was. All in all for $40 I would’ve spent it on a different costume but it was an experience. I don’t think he’ll win the dog costume contest I brought him to but he still had fun.

The costume is adorable.  It's even cuter than it looked like online.  It took our puppy a bit to get used to it, but the seller was super responsive in giving tips to help him out.  They suggested that you first put on the legs, and have the head piece back behind the dog's head, like wearing a hoodie sweatshirt without the hood.  Then encourage your dog to come to you with treats.  The little heart on the hand can come off if you want - it's velcroed onto the costume.  You can tell that it's a high quality costume, and is somewhat adjustable.  Do be careful when picking out the size. In the description of the costume, it's really clear how to measure your dog, but if you just guess, you may get it wrong. Our dog is 10 lbs, and when he's standing up with his head up, it's 15 or 16 inches to the top of his head, so we got a size two. Works great for him.I highly recommend this product. Way better than what you would find at a pet store.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PACKAGING! Saw it on Shark Tank and wanted to give it as a gift to my friend. I am embarrassed to give it to them. I expected, at least, a box or bag with the merchandise in it and some sort of at least professional looking label. Instead, it is in a plain plastic bag with the message in large writing on the outside stating -- "make sure you wash your hands before opening the package because, if you get it dirty, it is not returnable." It makes people think that there is some kind of chemical product on the material and would not want to put it on their pet. Very cheaply packaged. I expected something better. I will try to show my friend the website and video of what I saw to see if they would like it, before I just give them the cheap junky looking plastic bag. This will possibly get returned. Once again, very disappointed because it is an adorable product and the packaging should reflect that.

Unfortunately this didn't work like I thought it would based on the pictures. The "arms" look like they are coming out their necks instead of where arms would be typically. I thought they would go farther back on their bodies as well. They are cute still.

It is so cute. Everyone who saw him in it loved it. Fits great on my 13 lb Pomeranian. The hood was a bit big but we just stuffed it so it stood up better. Very well made.
