I will be buying more sets from Fun Whole (really, "fun whole"?). I have been a brand loyal building block enthusiast for 40 some years. 90 percent of the sets I have owned have been from one specific brand. I have built two or three of the licensed sets made by the other mainstream brand, but this is the first I have ever purchased from anyone else. I am totally happy with the purchase and will be giving them more business.The build was detailed and complicated. It took me around 20 or so hours total to build it. I did struggle with one of the sets of lights and caused it not to work. I started using a needle file to take the edges off of some of the bricks to make a pathway for the wires, and didn't have any further issues. The model in general is a 10 out of 10 for detail, originality, and overall awesomeness.While there were no missing parts, I did find that two were in a bag that had been completed previously. The instructions were a little tough some times. The darker color pieces should have white outlines rather than black to make the pieces easier to differentiate. Also, there were two steps that could have been made much earlier, and some of the steps could have been included with others. 9 of 10 for packaging and instructions.In total, this was a great set and I would highly recommend Fun Whole's ( still, smh) products.

The house is not too hard to build and the instructions are easy to follow. Things snap together well. But at least three major pieces (usually square blocks) are missing from several packs but I contracted the company and they immediately fixed the issue by sending another set and I returned the pieces we didn’t use. Very happy with the company’s customer service and commitment to customers. The build is fun and good for my 7 year old with some help from an adult.

Enjoyed the kit but don't recommend for younger builders. Small number of bags so lots of parts to sort for each step. No missing pieces and had extras. Lights worked well but I felt the need to notch some blocks to keep from smashing delicate wires. Instructions are not always clear lots of parts with very similar colors can be confusing. Very cute display piece but very delicate some pieces fall apart easily. I will buy this brand again. Overall very happy with set not quite up to quality of main brand but a very good value especially with lights added in that can be an extra $30-40 for other sets.

I hesitantly bought the first one for my12 yr old granddaughter, but I've purchased 2 more since. Everyone compliments the attention to detail, especially the lighting. Pricing is better than Legos and I feel that the finished appearance is exceptional. I will definitely purchase again.

Design was good. Was fairly easy to build and assemble, just take your time and enjoy. Instructions were clear and looks great lit up. No missing pieces. There is no back wall so that part is open, which is odd for this brand as most do.

If you are thinking about getting a FunWhole set then you for sure should! The added layer of lighting is a welcome boost in difficulty! So much fun! The prices are so affordable as well. Great quality. I am incredibly impressed. Will be buying more. You now have a repeat customer!

Imaginative pieces and would've been great upon completion. However, there were multiple pieces missing and one of the wiring pieces was broken. I reported all of the above to their customer service via their customer service card. The response was that the pieces would arrive 7-14 days later. 1 piece arrives...completely wrong piece. Furthermore, none of the other missing pieces were included or even mentioned. I tried to reply to the original email, and the email box doesn't exist because they sent it from some unknown source. So, it's been about a month with 1/2 of a building set taking up space. I just wanted to be able to finish the build.
