The kit itself is nicely put together and comes with good documentation. The aromas seem to be true to what they’re supposed to be - I could identify many of them easily. Most impressive though was the customer service. When I received my kit (red wine), one of the 12 vials had leaked out and was completely empty. I emailed the company directly and received a reply in a little over 24 hours. They took my information and then sent me a complete replacement kit. It arrived in about a week, and it is in perfect shape. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced from an Amazon vendor by far.Update: given the fantastic customer service I received, I was comfortable ordering the white wine and oak/age kits. They both arrived in perfect condition.

I have been looking for a tasting set for a while now - I am not a professional sommelier but a great wine lover. Most tasting sets are very expensive and slightly old fashioned, the Tasterplace aroma set however is aesthetically beautiful and as mentioned before amazing in terms of price vs quality. I don't write reviews often, but this product merits an excellent review. It is very easy to use, and because of the price, I have been buying it a few times now as presents for friends. Highly recommended product!
