Thermostat problem
The media could not be loaded. Should it have a thermostat? I set the temperature to 17 degrees and it's 27 in the room, it doesn't trigger, it works continuously. Any suggestions how it works? or is it defective?

Very user friendly and I love the eco mode as this just ticks over for the long periods that you need it on for, nice and sleek though I think there should be a better design for the frame for the wheels.Was it worth the price… yes I think so

Don’t buy if I could give zero I would
Arrived dented and the end plate coming off, also the thermostat doesn’t work! Even 14 degrees (room temperature was 18), it said was below 14 even on eco mode continually heating. Amazon won’t return as I don’t have the box!! Appalling product, appalling service

The media could not be loaded. would recommend i bought an oil heater to replace my old outdated remotless wirless delonghi dragon which was good for its time,originally bough the amzon basics remote control oil radiator wich was similar in specification to this but far worse in quality heatoutput and build the remote sent with that one died within two weeks of having it it was on offer to for 39.10p ended up returning item and bought this good value good heat better remote model only issue cant get this one to work on app as shown in pictures.minus the app glich its far better than i expected. lets hope this will be economical to run.

Nearly perfect
Really good radiator. I can't get it to work with alexa though. Either it never could or it doesn't connect easily. Either way that's the only reason I wouldn't get more of them
