Bought this for my husband. Received on time. Well packaged. He opened the box and it was love at first sight. Assembly went smoothly. Brake disc was damaged during shipping. I contacted customer service. They responded quickly. Immediately sent out a new one.This is a fast little beast! Much faster than the bike I got for myself (different brand). Battery lasts a long time. Seat is comfortable. Good front and rear lights. He is now riding his bike to work 10 miles each way (he's 58 yrs old, so the commute is up hill, both ways, in the snow... LOL. It's all flat terrain in Florida.) He doesn't even use half the battery for the commute. It's winter now, I think he's used the car 3-4 times (due to weather) in the past couple of weeks.The only things he's gotten for the bike is a cup holder, Bluetooth speaker and rear panniers.He's thoroughly enjoyed his bike so far!!

When asked the buyer will provide you an extension for the handle bars. I rode the bike yesterday after several adjustments and found it very sturdy. I'm 5ft 7in and 175lbs if the speedometer is correct I was able to reach to 25 mph. That's as fast as I want.

This is a nice bike. Although the name is a bit strange it is very well in battery I charged itonce so far I had it for two or more weeks. When I got the bike I assembled it myself and I stripped the inside of the pedals so I will not hold the seller responsible for my error in putting the bike together. Besides needing to get new arms for the pedals which only cost a hundred bucks from the local bike shop. This bike is fun. Just a little complicated to start at first which can be a good thing for someone who wants to rip it off you. You will need two keys to start it. And a third to lock it with a good chain. I absolutely enjoy this bike so far. So I will give the full rating possible. Thanks for a swifty delivery as well. Three thumbs up. I posted the before and after pictures of me messing up the pedals to be an image for people.

Better to find a supplier that isn't from this manufacturer. The specs are all wrong and comes in parts.Building up the bike sucked.The wheels messed up have to get spare after 1 month.The customer service are fast but they are very passive aggressive to you.The bike only goes 25 miles and ONLY travels up to 20 miles with full throttle. PA only increases 5 miles.Turkey disappointed that they say 1000 wats. It's actually 750.Beware of this company as this was a mistake buying this.Also they don't offer refunds and will try hard to take your money.Only recently is the bike caught on fire.

This product came in a timely manner. Installation was simple enough. The one problem I have encountered is the the brake disc is rubbing on fork in the front. The bike however is very fast and does work.

This bike is a beast it makes up hills feel like downhills. This bikes lengthy battery life even pushing it to it's limits this battery lasts a long time 24 Miles per charge at it's shortest when you use only throttle in it's highest setting. I love this bike! Fast sturdy and just as rugged as any of the trails you wanna take it on. (Rider shown 6'2")

I bought 2 bikes for my wife and I. It was for pleasure/vacations but I find myself using it to replace my car for local trips. Love it!!
