I had thought my hayfever was better this year until it hit with full force a few weeks ago.I looked for local honey online, couldn't find any, don't have time to troll about the local farmers markets in random villages, so this was the next option.I started taking 1 in the morning and noticed that my airways were a little clearer, and after a couple of days I introduced one in the evening as well which carried me through overnight when it felt at its worse for me. It took a while to build up and be more noticeable but it has helped so much. It is not 100%, but either this will build up more over time as its only been a week or so, or I can cope with minor sneezes opposed to wanting to scratch my eyes out and my throat on fire, sneezing every minute.An unexpected side effect has been I have more energy (whether this is because I am no longer worn out from fighting my allergy, or from the pollen I am not sure), and I feel a bit fuller when it comes to eating. Which means I eat normal sized plates of food and not be ravenous! All good.Very happy with this product, fast delivery too.
