Q: Is it possible to attach these speakers directly to a flat wall?

Yes but you would need to buy some speaker stands for them to mount on - they don't have a mount build in.

Q: Should I always leave the dust cover on? I prefer the look without it

It won't cause damage without, many speakers do not have dust covers (including the A5+ and A2+ from same manufacturer) however it is probably advisable to give them a good clean every now and then to make sure there is not exessive build up of dust etc. It is really up to you.

Q: I want to take advantage of the inbuild dac however my computer does not have a optical port. is there another option here?

Hi - The only option would be to connect via Bluetooth, I would have thought the PC would have Bluetooth as most do. If it doesn’t then you can get USB to optical converters.
