FilofaxPersonal Finsbury raspberry full grain leather organiser, Ivory/Transparent

I love my Filofax and use it every day. It is bursting with info which I can add and update at a moment's notice instead of having to get the phone out, log on, find the app, type with stiff fingers...Admittedly, it's heavier than a phone but it's so much easier for me.

I am in love with my Filofax.the cover is a beautiful colour, and because it is real leather it feels & looks gorgeous!The first one I ordered the ring binder was misaligned, but I returned it & they replaced it no problem.It fits perfectly in my handbag, and the inserts are just the right size, for diary & notes. I also use mine as a meal planner,a finanace planner, a house move planner, a wardrobe planner... you get the idea.It really has sorted my life out since I got it, I feel I can relax more knowing that all the things that were bouncing around in my headsuch as appointments, to dos, things to remember are all written up and decorated in my filofaxI did purchase the smaller sized filofax's but returned them both because they were unpractically small.I can fit everything in this.You can buy cheap-er inserts from whismith

I bought this as a present to myself as I have been lusting after the Finsbury for a few years now. When I saw this Finsbury at such a bargain price I couldn't pass it up. Saw a review below regarding poor inserts and a stain but I am thrilled to say that is not the case with myself.Although I already have a functioning system in my old Filofax that I plan on simply transferring over, inserts were not an issue for me as I felt I was getting such a bargain on the binder itself but it's nice to know they didn't skimp on inserts either.All inserts included in the purchase for me were:- Transparent flyleaf- Filofax black cover page (or dashboard)- Six plain cream dividers with side tabs labelled 1- 6.- A CLEAR filofax ruler/ page marker (so so SO happy its clear!!)- "To Do" inserts.- Plain white lined paper- White Grid notepaper- Blue, Green and Pink Lined paper- Contacts inserts- 2015 Week on 2 pages diary inserts- Personal information pages/ religous holidays/ registration pages etc- Clear top opening envelopeI think they provided a great selection of inserts for both experienced filofax users and beginners. All inserts are practical and can be used or designated as the buyer sees fit!Shipping and Delivery:My item was dispatched on the next day and arrived a day before the designated delivery day which was great!

I avoided buying a Filofax for as long as I could because I was there in the 90s and tried to convince myself that technology would manage my three diaries better. It couldn't. I bought the Filofax. Unless somebody comes up with a digital version that actually works across my multiple diaries then I'm sticking with the paper.

I bought this as a present to myself having started a new job. I am hoping that it will allow me to be more organised as I get used to my new phone etc. This is not an A5 size organiser but slightly smaller than that, ideal for any size bag. It's a good colour to see in the bottom of your handbag and has a lovely leather smell. I love it!! I searched long and hard for just the right personal sized filofax. I had seen others with the patent leather shiny look get scored easily and in my handbag this would happen quickly which is why I went for a textured leather. Holds a lot of different dividers and pages along with the sticky note pack (linked to this post)  Filofax Personal Small Sticky Notes - Assorted  Only issue I had was that the pen slot on the side was just fractionally small for my pens meaning I had to find a specific pen to use with it rather than using my favourite pens (may not be a big deal for some but irritated me slightly) but there is a zip section at the back where I keep my favourite pen so it's never too far away. Popper is solid so far and the leather doesn't crease when you lay it flat which is always a bonus.

Wow! This Electric Blue has an almost rich purple hue to it. I love it! Pity it's a pressie for a friend. Ordered in December, so as you would expect it has come with 2015 week-to-two-pages-view diary. I have the Filofax Finsbury in Raspberry and hope this Electric Blue one withstands daily use as well. The inside front cover has credit/business card slots plus a larger pocket for tucking notes into. The back cover comes with a zipped pocket. The pen holder is leather. The downside of this being it will take something like a slender Parker ballpoint pen, but I prefer to use a roller ball pen and it is a tad to 'fat' so I end up slotting it down inside the metal loops. Refills are readily available online and in stores such as John Lewis. It's quite is easy to get what you need to personalise this for you. Don't be tempted by cheaper versions. This is a Filofax and worth every penny!

What can I say very very happy with my purchase very impressed that not only did it come a day earlier than expected but came with all the different coloured paper and notes address etc but it also came with not one diary insert but three 2018, 2019 and 2020 so I’m very impressed and would highly recommend this and the seller
