Q: How many Scoville is this sauce?

The sauce is not Scoville rated. Don't get hung-up on Scoville ratings, unless you're talking about pure capsaicin extracts. Don't believe the hype. Marie Sharp's Fiery Hot is just that, nice and fiery but not ridiculous. Wonderful habanero flavour.

Well, being 8 lived in Belize long enough, Marie sharp pepper sauce is a great product with the right heat. Poured over scrambled eggs might be a bad idea unless you're used to hot spices and stuff.... But as a whole it's about as hot as nandos hot sauce with a little extra kick due to the added ingredients combined in the pepper sauce.
