Did help scanning the barcode inside the booklet got it working but no wide angle picture ok for the size sound is crap no English I.n.s

There are far better alternatives on the market, but you get what you pay for I guess!

Very poor item not what it says on the box

The camera I ordered is not at all what I thought, the cameras are useless and the app is also useless.Very poor quality pictures and the response time at which you get the picture is very much delayed. Would not recommend them to anyone, worst productive bought on Amazon in a while, very very disappointed.

Instruction were not in English, It's like a small digital camera from the 90's, I've never really worked, if you move the camera the imagine would take seconds to refresh. Then it just stopped working. You have to download a generic app that doesn't make sense and comes with adverts. It was advertised for indoor and outdoor, but in no sense was it IP rated whatsoever. It's just a shame I had to give it one star.I have returned it and asked for a refund.

The media could not be loaded.  Rubbish. No instructions in English. No camera password in the box or instructions so you can't connect the camera to your home WiFi. Therefore it is useless. A complete scam. Avoid at all costs. Seller should be ashamed.

Instructions in 5 different languages (none in English) very hard to set up (had to watch a YouTube video). When finally set up picture quality is very poor, night vision mode don't work, looses connection and have to reset the camera to connect again and again. if I could rate less than 1 star it would be minus 10 Stars
