Enhanced exercise
These little Pilates balls are a perfect hand size. Soft but still firm to handle. Really good to help upper body strength exercise. Lovely colour,well packaged and arrived quickly. Very happy with these.

Slightly bigger than I expected
I have used similar ones in my Pilates class and thought I was buying the same. However theese are a bit bigger than the ones I've used, bigger than I'd have liked as my hands are small but I kept them anyway and will use them. They are ok.
