Easy to open and taste good. Might take a bit of getting use to but I enjoy my morning drink of this.

Gentle relief!
Much cheaper than at our local chemist - with quick delivery too!I find Fybogel is gentle but effective. I take it regularly to aid 'digestion' by adding fibre to one’s diet. It normally takes up to 24 hours to be effective and I find it much better than senna or similar. I even quite like the taste!
