One got stolen, bought this one to replace it. You get what you pay for.

The KIYA is a good clipper. I would have given it 4 stars, but the Green Bell is just that much farther ahead. Carbon steel should have given the KIYA every advantage but the machining was not as precise as the Green Bell, and the result is that the Green Bell gives a much cleaner cut. One advantage the KIYA has is that it is available in small size. That aside, this is still a great clipper compared to the Tweezerman which would get 2 stars, which is better than drugstore clippers which get 0 stars.

No box, no cloth. The skimpy plastic bag it came in even said with cleaning cloth but it was not included. That is not why this product gets one star. These are cheap. The self contained case that catches the clippings is cheap plastic. The coating is paint and was already chipped upon arrival. Looks cool in the pictures but reality was a different story and did not live up to expectations. I returned them.

Finely crafted and very sleek.

Disappointed in the quality for the price! I pulled the clipper out of the box and was happy with the initial investment, however upon further inspection I quickly changed my view. On the file, there was rust. I also found rust where the top and bottom pieces of the clipper meet. Finally there was not a Microfiber Cleaning Cloth included, which there should have been via the product description. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

I'm not sure if it's originally Made in Japan. There's no stamp Made in Japan. I hope it's original for the price I paid $17
