We've been sleeping on a pillow-top Beautyrest for the last 10 years that I thought was great but then one day my wife says she wants a new mattress. What is a husband to do? We decided to try one of those newfangled mail order mattresses that get shipped to you all rolled up and vacuum packed. After much internet shopping, we chose a "Winkbed." Winkbeds come in four firmness levels and, me being a heavy senior citizen who sleeps on my side, the Winkbed people said we should buy the #4 -- the firmest. I said "no way" and ordered the #3 (the Winkbed people said it would be too soft.) When it came, I couldn't believe how hard it was! You mean they make one even harder? So I exchanged it for a #2 -- just a $50 shipping fee and Winkbed came and removed the #3. How was the #2, you ask? Too hard still! Woke up in the middle of the night with sore shoulders and one of my arms was asleep.OK so now what? How about we buy a foam topper? Yes. Tons more internet research. Seems like all the most popular toppers also have some truly terrible reviews. Maybe we should buy a topper with hardly any reviews. How does this help? The percentage of good v bad reviews might be the same but at least there are fewer of them. ROFL. Yes, my logic is slightly skewed but psychologically it works.So we bought the 3-inch King size Linsey Living Topper with 1 inch of supportive firm foam and 2 inches of gel memory foam inside a white zipper case with blue sides. Expanded out perfectly in about 30 minutes with no lumps or flat spot or ridges (all of which are frequently mentioned in the bad reviews for the popular toppers.) Size was perfect on the Winkbed king. We let it air out for a day in a spare bedroom but honestly I couldn't smell any chemical odor or anything like that.Both my wife and I find it very comfortable when reading in bed. Then when it's lights out, we turn on our sides and fall asleep very quickly. My wife sleeps all night. No problem with it making us feel hot or clammy (our bedroom at night is usually around 65°.) Me, I've been sleeping better than I have in a long time. Even like six hours in a row which for me is like a world record. My back is feeling better in the morning than it has for many moons (lumbar arthritis), and my shoulders aren't sore. I would say the Linsey Living topper is a success! In fact, my back has been feeling so good that I finally re-upped my gym membership (which lapsed during the pandemic) and I've been working out three times a week for the past month. Which is also making me feel better. So, there you go. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this topper. My wife and I really like it.

This is the best mattress topper ever for a couch bed! You won’t even know you are on a couch bed! I’ve had several people sleep on it, and they always ask where I got it!!!!!! Just had another one tonite to ask where I got it! Then I realized I never reviewed it!

I like that this item is washable and has its own washable cover. The size and depth was as described. The package came with an opener to cut the plastic, but I'm using it as a letter opener now. There is a smell to the product, like nail polish remover smell coming from the mattress. This can probably be taken out with a wash but I couldn't get it to fit in my top loading washing machine neatly, so I haven't washed it yet. I aired it out but that seems to have no effect on the smell for a few days now. I would recommend this product for the comfort. It's soft enough to use on its own on a carpeted floor.

This has changed my sleep for the better! It is so comfortable, easy to add to bed. Can’t say enough great things about this mattress topper!

This mattress topper feels great i feel so comfortable as soon as i get in the bed it’s worth the money.

Never realized that I needed this. Put this on top of my older sleep number mattress. WOW! I have never slept better in this bed. I liked my sleep number bed but now I love it. Fall asleep faster and actually sleep longer. I always woke up before my alarm. Now I need the clock! Now I get the support of the air bed and the plushy softness of a featherbed.

Bear with me this is gonna be a long review. So I ordered the topper. The first one came. I brought it home laid it out and after 48 hours It clearly wasn't expanding.So that's the first thing if you're ordering this. If you don't see some type of expansion within that first couple hours it's most likely going to be defective. Please wait the 48 hrs. So I processed a replacement. Amazon sent me a new 1 with 2 days later. The only issue with the return is they expect you to get a vacuum sealed compressed mattress back into its original shipping container, which is like trying to shove a giant circle into a square box still trying to figure this one out. I really feel like these compression type.Mattresses should come with some type of re turned vacuum seal bowl bag so that we can stuff it in and vacuum.Compress it ourselves to get it back in the box.If we have to like repackage it my opinion.Now on to the new one, it expanded within the first couple hours & within 24 hours. It was fully expanded. I am putting this on is a 12 inch hybrid Queen Lucid matress on a adjustable base. So even though the mattress topper is also a Queen, it does hang over my original mattress and my issue is with the straps and trying to keep the sheet on. the straps Do not hold on to the mattress corners. They, don't fit right and then when you're trying to put a sheet over that, it pulls at the corner straps so that it's just constantly pulling the straps off and once again because I'm in an adjustable bed. It doesn't stay on the mattress very well. It is comfortable but it does run hot even though I have like bamboo sheets on it. I do find Myself sweating more. But it is helping at least temporarily with the issue I'm having with the mattress. So hope this helps...

I love how comfortable it is. I have a difficult time sleeping, and I think this mattress topper will really help. I bought a double 4". And the only bad thing about it is that it's 3" short on width.
