Complete clean, with ample replacement heads
This has been the first tooth brush set received that came with an actual stand in addition to a wall charger adapter and an ample supply of replacement heads. The battery life is long and it can go for days without being charged.Because the toothbrush cannot fold, I would say it is not the most ideal for traveling, although if you were to remove a replacement head it could fit more easily into a compact carry pouch.Overall, based on the amount of replacement heads received, this set is more than reasonably priced and works just as well, if not better than, some of the high priced brands found in retail stores.

Great for traveling!
I got this primarily for traveling so I wouldn't have to always pack my regular toothbrush up. I use an Oral B so the Sonic one takes some getting used to as it tickles my nose. I love the case it comes with. That was my selling point for this. It holds a charge well and comes with plenty of brush heads for my purpose. I love that it comes with the wall charger too! If I used this as a home toothbrush, I would wish there was a standup charger base.

Sonic Vibrations Tickles My Teeth Clean: A Great Backup Electric Toothbrush
I recently ordered this electric toothbrush as a backup for those days when my main brush runs out of juice, and I have to say, it's a winner. The sonic vibrations are just the right strength for cleaning my teeth, and I love that it tickles them in a way my other brush doesn't.A quick scan with my tongue confirms that my teeth are clean and sparkling after my two-minute brushing session. I also appreciate that it comes with extra disposable brushes and a handy travel case.My only complaint is that the ceramic base holder is a bit poorly made - the toothbrush doesn't sit upright and tends to fall to one side. It's still secure, but I wouldn't recommend using it with the cable. All in all, a solid choice for a backup toothbrush

Wow great toothbrush vibrates your mouth clean
This is an out of the box first use review. I will start by saying that my toothbrush before this was an oral b spin brush, it got the job done but my dentist was always giving me grief about plaque even though I brush twice daily. But it is not the same type of action as the sarmocare is sonic. I wanted to compare this with something a little and did see an aquasonic that looks similar. So before I go into my experience with this product let me say the best selling aquasonic normally retails for 60 and has similar features but comes with a case, and 8 heads instead of 6 that come with the sarmocare. Out of the box this had 6 individually packaged heads with covers, that were not labeled as two have a color change and hard bristle raised center. It comes with a charger and an attractive ceramic base. I tried both heads and didn't find a huge difference in how they felt when in use, but they look very different in the center. It turns on right away with 4 different settings that I think are just differences in speed. I found that after turning on it took a second or two for the action to rev up. I brushed as directed and honestly felt like my teeth were cleaner than with my cheap spin brush (which uses batteries by the way). It stands in the ceramic holder though it does sort of tilt, which gave me pause but the brush stood up. The charger worked and does not allow for use when plugged in as a safety feature I assume. It is waterproof. It has a timer for some reason, shutting off after two minutes or what they feel should be an adequate brush time. It is loud in your mouth like you are in a dentists chair being worked on. Other than not having a sonic brush to directly compare this to, I could not find real fault in this item. I like the extra heads for a family or to make sure you are covered for a long time, I like the charging capability, the 4 settings, I liked the simple design and aesthetics of it, the ceramic base, the price seems to offer a ton of value. I cannot speak to durability, and the instruction manual is beyond poorly written. But because you can still use the manual adequately and it is simple to use anyways, I did not hold this against them. So for me a true five star experience out the box and can easily recommend this item.

Wish It Had a Stand Up Charger
I use an “old school” rotary electric brush, so am pretty set in my ways. I tried this brush and thought it got my teeth decently clean, but I still seem to prefer my previous brush. I think the different sensation from rotary brushing to sonic vibration is hard for me to adjust to. My husband really likes it though, he says his teeth feel very clean after using. It is decently priced, with 6 heads and a travel case. We both wish it had a stand up charging system though.

Love it
I am happy I got this electric toothbrush for my 11 year old. He likes brushing his teeth 2 times a day now. He enjoys brushing with this electric tooth brush. It has 4 different modes of intensity to clean, soft, sensitive and polish. It has 2 minute timer which helps my son as a reminder to brush for 2 minutes each time he brushes. It came with 6 heads that lasts for a year and half, charging adapter and cable, case, base and a user manual. Very easy to use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for electric toothbrush.

Cool Electric Toothbrush
This is a well-made electric toothbrush. I especially like how it comes with so many additional toothbrushes. It has multiple brushing modes which is nice as well. It also comes with quit a few accessories, as well as a holder if you want to take it with you when you are travelling.

Good quality
This is an excellent affordable alternative to the more expensive brands. The only issue I have is that the charger goes into the bottom of the handle- I just personally prefer a stand for it to sit on and charge. It sits a little wobbly in the ceramic cup and I'm nervous it'll break somehow. Other than that, it works great, comes with plenty of brushes and the value for price is great!
