It's hard to find eBike racks out there that are strong enough and rated to safely hold two, heavy eBikes, but this one is a great rack. We've been hauling our two fatty eBike mountain bikes around and it does a great job. It's very solidly built, easy to use, fits into our trailer hitch, is easy/intuitive to use and comes with all the straps etc. to secure your valuable bikes. The arms are padded so they can be snugged firmly onto your bike w/o scratching it and together with the wheel straps and extra generic strap they provide your bikes are never going to rattle loose or fall off. It's designed with removable pins so you can fold it up while its on the hitch to reduce it's footprint, and to fold it down (when bikes are off) so you can get into the back tailgate. Perfect rack in all those regards. The only minor marks I can deduct is the locks. Good news is the rack has two sets: each bike arm is lockable to deter people from swiping the bikes off your rack and then there is another lock to deter someone from steeling the rack off your hitch. Given the cost of the rack and bikes, I do worry about both. The locks are locks... but if someone really wants to, and has time, they are not that beefy. It will stop a common thief / theft of opportunity but if someone really wants your stuff and has tools they won't stop a determined, equipped thief. Also, one of the arm locks is finicky and hard to lock when under the load of being snugged onto the bike. Again, so happy there are locks - just don't live in the illusion you are buying Fort Knox. Overall, great rack, very strong, practical and we're glad to own it.

I bought my first E-Bike recently, a 90 lb. Himiway D5 Zebra. Our old Thule rack couldn’t handle the larger size and weight of the D5 so it was time to find a new rack. I researched by reading forum posts and found lots of YouTube videos on the topic, there are lots of influencers out there pushing racks but the Hyperax Volt Lift was exactly what I was looking for & more.I placed my order and waited 2-3 weeks for delivery. The rack arrived in a very well-engineered box, that should be an indication of how well engineered the rack is inside (and it is)! All components were packed very well and the assembly instructions are excellent. The rack assembles on the back of your vehicle in 2 hours or less, I took my time and followed each step in the instructions.Once built and tested for strength and security, I put my Himiway D5 and my wife’s Electra Townie-Go on and off we went for our first bike ride down by the ocean. The rack performed exactly as expected, the bikes were securely attached, and the ramps were a wonderfully easy way to load and unload. Anyone looking for an E-Bike rack should consider this one!Highly recommended 5⭐️

Pricey, but a well designed, manufactured and packaged. Beefy, with tight-fitting parts-no slop and no wobble. Ramp makes it easy to load/unload my two large 70 lb e-bikes. Only issue (other than price) is weight. At 80+ lbs you won't want to remove it once installed. Also, if you do remove it from your 2 inch receiver, the holes in the optional dolly are drilled such that when wheeling it about, the rails/ramps are horizontal to the ground...so it won't fit through a doorway. (Hyperax: if a second set of holes were drilled in the dolly perpendicular to those there, the rack could be attached to the dolly so that the rails would be vertical). One last comment: the spacing between the inside rail and receiver (i.e. the car/van) is short (16") requiring twisting the handlebars vis-a-vis the front bike wheel so it doesn't bump/break rear window.

This review is for the 4 bike versionPositives:- Relatively lightweight for the size and strength- Easy to lock down bikes- Modular style gives me confidence if any one piece breaks- Actually fits 4 bikes. Families bikes usually mean you need a 5 bike rack and a degree in jenga. With this setup i just needed the step through bars on the womens bikes but no issues with smaller ones next to larger ones.Negatives:- I had to use an additional hitch plate - I found it still had a lot of bounce with the included hardware- I don't like that the fold up uses a bolt that needs tools to be tightened instead of a simpler easy to use pin- The 4 bike version is REALLY high up. No idea why but it makes it far harder to load and blocks backup cameras etc. The benefit of this style is it can be lower so was disappointed by how high in the air it ended up being.- The price, its very pricy but i wanted the extra assurance of an RV focused bike rack. Just for the price it could have dealt with some of the negatives.

Rack with 2 Lectric E-Bikes arrived successfully! Friend with another rv followed us and said bikes looked very secure! Our fifth wheel is wide enough that the tail/brake lights were visible even with the e-bikes covered with Walmart grill cover to protect from rain. Great product!!!

I purchased this for my E-bike to attach to my motor home. A very well built product and fast delivery.

I bought this for our American fifth wheel as I didn’t want to keep putting our electric bikes in the back of the truck.Although it had to come from the states delivery was very quick.Assembly was easy and straight forward, the quality is very high, and it appears very strong too.We haven’t traveled with it yet but it is ready to go for our next trip

This bike rack is near perfect. Made especially for heavy e-bikes, it does the job. Just a little bit of swaying but not enough to br worried about. Would recommend this to anyone
