Poor communication and sub par customer service. This entire order is classified as a special order which is then authorized without your consent. Takes a while to get to you and when it finally does your past the manufacturers return date. They won’t take back “special” orders. Not worth the money. You can find better cheaper.

This looks great on the wall. And as a mirror, functions as expected. The video screen is fine. Resolution and brightness are good.I'm disappointed that I can't change the temperature of the light, as the description seemed to imply. So middle of the night, if I turn this on its on. Bright cool white. I see the rectangle shape for a half hour after I get back to bed. Not touch screen and the speaker isn't integrated, it's a Sony Bluetooth that takes up counter space. Also, doesn't have anti fog like some much less expensive mirrors. Overall, Definitely some buyers remorse. I'd skip this.

This certainly is the worst customer service experience ive had for such an expensive item.I paid nearly $5000 for 2 of these mirrorsThey were clearly poorly designed given the main reason I bought them was for the smart TVAs one of them stopped functioning the only way to reset was to fully pull it off the wall, disassemble the back of the mirror, reset the chromecast unit then reassemble and rehang.this is expensive, dangerous, and can damage the item. The chromecast was glued directly to a mirror and no way to access.It is clear there should be an access panel or ability to reset or replace the unit through the cabinetWhen I was finally able to do this, the item wouldn't reset and after talking to google tech supportI redesigned it so that when the item does have another issue i can reset it without taking the heavy and dangerous itemI was then able to reset the chromecast so I had to completely replace the unit myself. and placed the unit in the cabinet so i can reset or replace in the future. I suggested this design change, and the company refused to reimburse me for the unit i replaced or for the handy man to help me remove and remount it.
