ENGWE EP-2 Pro Electric Bike 960W (Peak) Folding Ebike for Adults with 48V13A Battery Range 75Mile - 20" 4.0 Fat Tire Electric Bicycle, 7 Speed Gear E-Bike All Terrain

This has been a great ebike thus far. Easy assembly, easy to ride. This is my first ebike venture and this company has been outstanding. I did have one question for customer service after buying the pair of ebikes. They had two different design features for the locking handlebar assembly. Eithrr one worked fine I just preferred one over the other. I contacted the customer service and they were prompt amd friendly. They actually gifted me the part that I preferred at no cost and it was at my door in two days. Nothing but love for this company and their customer service. Definitely take a look at this company (engwe) if you are in the market for a all around folding ebike.One caveat, yesterday I had the bikes to the lake great lakes area) and this bike preformed outstandingly on the same and mixed terrain.

Liked the price, good quality, and it's smaller size, (good for short trips, (<1 day), and ease of install.Only dislike: while packaged it was smashed flat, so it does not want to assume a "full standing" shape. I wish the sides were a little more substantial to hold it's shape better. And, why include a rain cover, just make the trunk bag waterproof!!

I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing this bike, and here are my thoughts!Build quality- The frame of the bike is ok and very stable, the only problem I have is that the head bowl and back tire need to be replaced.Ride quality- Going over bumps and whatnot at a 20 mph or higher is rough because the front forks only have suspensionDurability- Some parts are made out of cheap material. For example, the bike tire has worn out already. The head tube bowl thingy needed to be replaced. But nothing has broken or worn out other than those items.Customer service- Very good, I contacted the customer support, and they replied within 24 hours. They also offered to replace the head tube for me.My overall thoughts about this bike are ok. The only why this bike receives a 4-star rating and not a 5 is just the bike itself. I would recommend getting the Engwe EP Pro (normal one). I wish I had gotten that like because it is only a $150 difference (at this time), not only does that bike have full suspension (front and back), it has hydraulic braking, the new display system, and a better kick stand. Not to mention, the back rack appears to be bigger, which also looks stronger than the Engwe EP Pro 2.

I wanted something smaller than the topeak that slides on the topeak rack. I really like that one but I can't use my larger panniers with it and I touches the seat if I slide it all the way.The one is shorter and soft sided. It holds my spare tire and small repair kit. It doesn't slide around or rattle. It's wider than my rack but that's not an issue for my use.I can swap my bags around at whim, this little one fits a niche.

After assembling and getting over the apprehension of riding a e-bike, I found that this was the right bike for me. I now enjoy riding with my family and just getting around. I'm planning to take my Engwe EP-2 to work to help me go long distances. being a person with knee problems, have this e-bike has made getting around mush easier and fun

To start off the write up on this bike is wrong, they stated a 960watt hub in which I received a 740watt hub, they tell me it goes by tire size but isn’t stated in their write up 🥴,the seat is to short, could be a lot more in width and longer, the brakes are soft and makes noises, would I buy from them again, NO, never got back to me on issues I had😡😡😡😡

I have another, 18 month old EP-2 pro. I love this new one in Orange! There was an issue with the speed settings. Customer service followed up with a video that showed how to correct the setting. It was EZ.
