Working perfectly go for this quality and light is osm

I never expected such a disappointing product from Amazon. Both bulbs failed within just two weeks of use. One bulb was already faulty upon arrival—it stayed lit even when switched off. I chose not to return the second bulb initially since it was working, but after just three weeks, it has also stopped functioning entirely when the power goes off. I regret this purchase and wish I had opted for a more reliable alternative.

This is a great bulb when it works.However, when it doesn’t which is quite often (like 50% of the time) it’s really annoying. I synced it with my Google home and half the time Google home says that the bulb isn’t connected to wifi even though I can control it from its native app. This is really annoying because I use Google home to control the bulb with voice commands. A lot of times the bulb truly does go offline/disconnects from wifi and cannot be controlled using its native app either.All my other “smart” devices use in the same room connect to my wifi without issues except for this bulb.

Good quality

I bought this bulb on 16 Jul 23 and was working fine. Price was reasonable. After 4 to 6 months it started malfunctioning. Suddenly brightness started reducing and started flickering. Couple of times called amazon customer care and got contact number to claim the warranty, but unfortunately the multiple numbers provided were wrong. Sincere advise not to go for any Amazon basics products. If product bought is working fine you will find any difference, but it is not working properly, you will repent.Again, i called Customer Care, this time i got the right number, one of the executive asked me to send an email with invoice copy and video of the bulb.It is funny that i cannot keep waiting to make video till starts reducing the brightness or flickering as it is not constant. I explained the same to the executive but she is stubborn like kid and asking to make a video and send it for the warranty claim.Why all these headache, just avoid amazon basics products to avoid all this nonsense.Later, got Gift Card of 399 Rupees not replacement or repairing the bulb.
