Ordered two pieces, one was faulty so replacement given and installed promptly by Mithilesh Mishra. Slight delay in installation on one piece but was done after follow up with Amazon.

My water purifier start leakage from first day of installation, service center boy tell me this will Easley repair after you complain rise.Than i rise complain after 2 month another service boy came and tell me leakage from alkaline filter they tell me i Will come after 2 days and install new alkaline cartige but they don't come 20 days going on.

My preference is for a purifier equipped with RO, UV, mineralizer, and alkalizer (I find TDS to be a gimmick as it allows some water to bypass the RO filter and only pass through the UV/UF). This product met all my requirements within a budget of 15K. Although there are two other brands offering similar features, I chose V-Guard due to its affordable service, quality, and support, especially since I don't live in an urban area.Pros:Excellent tasteIncludes mineralizer and alkalizer9-stage purificationCons:The external filter may leak if not handled properlyInitially, it made a loud noise upon installation, which was traced to a vibrating tube. This issue was resolved by securing the tube to another side, preventing vibration.Overall its a best buy go for it.

First of all u might be seeing a lot of reviews mentioning installation technician name & all good things about him. well this is because when a technician comes to ur home he force or compells you to give 5 star ratings / review about product infront of them & they take screenshot of it to upload on their vguard app as well. so generally people to avoid any kind of altercation they do write good review before them.I ordered this product & after 2 days if delivery technician had arrived at my place & installed water purifier.My Disappointment reasons:1. in a photo u can see there was a dedicated water source was made available for water purifier just beside the external filter from where the water connection be taken, but how ever just because technician didn't had a right female thred connector to take connection (as he was having other type of valve connector which can be attached only in series to water pipe he took a connection from wash basing. because of which the water pressure issue started & they suggested a booster pump cost of Rs 2200/-2. When a drain pipe fell shorter he left that as it is, saying they don't carry extra pipe other than which comes with product. for which i had to go to hardware & buy connector & pipe which is not so easily available at hardwares.3. once the technician left my place within half an hour i found small leakage in my wash basing tap , to fix i had to call a plumber , who fixed it which costed me additionally. just because the technician didn't use enough teflon tape.4. when u call service center most of the time ur call doesn't even connect & u may feel their all lines are dead, just see their service centet phone number reviews in truecaller.5. They insist u to purchase AMC plan with some Rs 400 discount making u fearful that prices are going to get hiked soon, my suggestion is not fall for such things as there is one year of comprehensive warranty & there is no need to purchase AMC one year prior. first see how they deliver their service for one year in ur area. then consider it.6. My water TDS was between 525-625 but now i am getting TDS of 125 i dont know what sort of RO is this but right now i am considering safe to drink water as it is 125 (TDS)Good points:1.Technician was good in behaviour & smart employee of his company who can most probably convince anyone for AMC's (except me)
