DJI Drone, UAV Cendence Remote - Black - CP.BX.000237

I am very happy with this purchase. I have been looking everywhere for it and Amazon was the best price of all the places I checked. Also I was able to purchase it on the Amazon payment plan and that made it affordable.As far as the Cendence is concerned it is the only way to go for single operators. You’re able to customize the many buttons to do all the different things you need to do while you’re flying.Edited version of my review-after I received the Cendence remote I began experiencing signal losses on an intermittent basis and couldn’t fly more than about 250-700 feet before I got a disconnected signal and it triggered the Return to Home feature on my DJI Inspire 2. After calling Amazon customer service they are sending me a replacement model and I am very happy with Amazon at this point. I thought I was going to have to deal with DJI for a replacement and that would have been a nightmare!!!!Thanks Luigi for getting my replacement for the Cendence. You’re a lifesaver because I have to use it for my business.

It is a nice addition to I2. However, wirh all features and benefits, it’s way overpriced. It’s a lot heavier than the original one but seriously, there’s nothing too great to justify the cost. I end up using the normal controller more. DJI is known for overcharging us with their stuff. They make a little modification on something and it costs a fortune.So my recommendation is: stick with the controller that comes with it - you won’t miss anything, I promise!

It's expensive, but worth it. One thing to be cognizant of is that for the I2, by default (on the version I received), there wasn't a button programmed to activate the gear. I'd start with that and move on to adding more features to buttons from there. The camera controls are great - makes it work like a Nikon camera - i.e. hold the button and dial the wheel to adjust that parameter; really nice.

haven't found anything negative about it other then I'd like it to zoom in and out my camera.

Great controller! The number of programmable buttons and knobs ensures that you don't have to take your eye off the aircraft while making changes, no more digging through the program interface. I am half tempted to take a single star off because of the transmission range being poor. My controller shipped with the patch antenna, which solves the transmission distance issues. Build quality seems solid, after a year of use, nothing has broken. Battery life is good.
