So far so good
Seems to be constructed well, and it functions flawlessly with all of my DeWalt batteries. Haven't had a chance to actually paint with it yet.

Frustrating to use
Planned to spray a set of kitchen cabinets I built. This is a cheap sprayer but I hoped to get a set of kitchen cabinets done, wrong! I knew better but thought surely I can get this small project out of it. Directions are poor. Sprayer quit after about 3 minutes of use. I have used an airless many times, this is just poorly made. Please don’t waste your time and energy thryingvto get a decent paint job out of this unit

Cordless sprayer
Day delivery. I can use my Dewalt 20V batteries with this tool. It worked well on my shelving project. Wish there was an option to buy a second paint bowl with a screw on air tight lid. This would make cleaning between coats easier and more sufficient. It sure can kill a batters though. Good thing I have 4 batteries. Probably a 20 minute life span for a fully charged battery.

For the price you might as well get the higher quality product
As a hobbyist this was fine, but as a professional I'd advise biting the bullet on more expensive equipment. This is a you get what you buy. Do your research before pouring paint in, make sure your using the right kind and consistency or you'll have a lot of grief cleaning this out later. Wash your nozzles between refils and it'll help with any drying. Clean immediately, don't leave for too long. If you take care of the equipment its a pretty decent little tool, just not my favorite.

Convenience of cord free if you have DeWalt batteries. no clotting or heavy points
I actually had to grab myself a DeWalt compatible battery for this (I knew it didn't come with one but most of my tool have been Milwaukee or (don't make fun) black & Decker) but even then this is well worth having. If you haven't used a paint gun like this before be sure to read the instructions as you don't want to just pour in your paint and go. But it's not difficult to do either. Just read. The paint application has been very smooth and covers very evenly and well. Not seeing clotting, bubbles or heavy application areas in the spray.Gets a bit much to hold for very long but I mean, it is a paint gun with a reservoir for a decent amount of paint.Battery life has been acceptable but if you've got much of a job then I'd recommend having a second (or more) battery ready to go as well. When I say much of a job I'm thinking more than your standard shed size maybe?I can't speak to longevity of this yet as I've not had it long and can update if my thoughts or experiences change but as of now I'm very pleased with this and although I wish these tools came with batteries, many of us already have some around so the lower price overall is well worth that.

Not the worst paint sprayer I've ever used, but certainly not the best either
Every paint sprayer I've ever used requires the paint to be thinned. This one is no different. This one does seem to need the paint to be thinned even more than usual though. It does work great with water, obviously, considering that is much thinner than even thin paint. In my experience, it's best to try the viscosity cup, thin it to the point the manual says....and then thin it a bit more. If you don't, it will clog and not work very well.Once you get the paint thin enough, it does work fine. That paint is awfully thin though. I have a random brand, battery powered paint sprayer that I decided to compare this to, and it seems to have far more power to spray paint. That's not some high end, expensive sprayer. It's just some random cheap thing.Cleaning it is annoying. It's definitely best done with a pressure washer. Clean it immediately after you use it, of course. If you let that paint dry in there, you might as well toss it in the trash.Battery life is going to depend on what battery you use, but a 5.0Ah battery lasts plenty long.I know I gave this 4 stars, but I think it's more like 3.5.

Speed painting
I decided I would like a go at using a sprayer and as this isn’t so expensive. I started with some scrap wood that was laying around the garage I stated off with a few runs but nothing wrong with that I sanded the wood down and had another go, that was much better. I then sprayed the wooden stair gate and my laundry room cupboards again a few runs but a little sanding and another light Spray they were perfect. I needed to try something bigger so I sprayed my garage thinking I would start with one wall just to see what it was like. I couldn’t believe how fast it was done in one day I completed 2 coats of paint in my 20x50 garage/work shop. In the spring I will use this to paint inside the house
