SUPER sturdy, but not ideal if you need to move it regularly.
Wow, this thing is super sturdy. The movement on the arm segments is very stiff, but in a good way. It takes a bit of muscle to move them. I'm always worried about these arms not being able to hold the weight and drooping but this thing isn't going anywhere. My only concern is that there also isn't a way to adjust the tension, so in the future, if it loosens up after a lot of use, it might become a problem but only time will tell on that. But if you don't need to move it once you get it into place, I don't see that ever becoming a problem. If you need to be able to move it a lot, you might look for something that is more adjustable. That being said, I'm impressed with it.

Stupidly sturdy, keeps your tablet exactly where you want it
I recently bought a new nightstand-shelf for next to my bed, and I had an idea in my head when I was ordering it. I keep my tablet by my bed so I have something for noise when I sleep, and for something to do if I decide it's a selfcare day and don't feel like leaving my bed most of the day. Before this stand, I made my own out of cardboard and hot glue sitting on an old tv tray. Don't judge me, old bachelor habits die hard. This bad boy, I didn't even have to go searching for or asking for advice for, it was one of the first suggestions amazon had listed. Everything else I saw was like a flexible wire gooseneck stand, or more like a mic stand swingarm deal. As soon as I laid eyes on this, I had a feeling it was the one. I didn't find anything else that seemed nearly as robust, and sure, while I could have gone cheaper, or less solid, I knew I'd just be using something I'd have to constantly adjust and micromanage.I got this a day or two before my new stand, so I tried it on my old setup. Suffice to say, I could not use this at ALL on it without nearly flipping my table, the joints were so stiff and unyielding. This would be a negative in most cases, but seeing as I was going to mount it on something that was probably a good 25 times heavier than this side table, it was perfect. Once I'd received my new stand and set it up fully, I mounted this on it, and it was perfect; It takes decent force to rotate the base, it takes more force to adjust the joints on the arm itself, and it keeps your tablet stable and exactly where you'd left it.Now I do have some potential advice for using this, but I'm honestly not positive that it actually does anything, I had done this before I even had my stand yet. I was messing around with it, checking how stiff the joints actually were compared to the video showing this stand off, and it's pretty accurate. So before I even mounted this anywhere, I took a can of 3-in-1 oil and put a few drops in the joints and the base, and started working the joints open and close, and twisting the base back and forth to work the oil in. This was still VERY hard to do, but it seems like it might have made it slightly easier to move the joints where I want them to be. If it's hard for you to move, maybe give something like that a try. Aside all of that, I can't recommend this stand enough.

My opinion on tablet stannd
Purchased the KUXIU folding stand for use with my Samsung S9 plus tablet. The product arrived undamaged and on time. Unit is very sturdy while working or surfing the internet as well as playing games. As mentioned by other reviewers to adjust the stand takes a bit of effort as it is extremely "stiff". If, like me, you suffer with limited strength due to arthritis or other issues please consider this in your decision. This is not to say the product is faulty just something to keep in mind. Also for my tablet the way that it attaches to the stand hinders the pen charging capability. For those reasons I scored it with four stars rather than five. I think the product is well made and priced fairly. As for weather I would recommend it to friends and others I would say yes. In fact I'm considering the purchase of another stand for my wife.

This is my dream holder for my Lenovo Legion Go!!!!!!
I've been looking for a tablet holder to hold my Legion Go so I can lay in bed, disconnect the controllers, and comfortably lay down either on my side or on my back, without the fear of 1.41 lbs dropping on and bruising my face. This is where this miracle of a holder comes in ...not only is it sturdy and ruggedly built, the tablet holder fits the Legion Go's tablet (with controllers disconnected) perfectly. I have a screen protector on my Go and the tablet clamp still fits like a dream. The clamp on the base of the holder fits perfectly on the storage rack I have next to my bed...you know, the kind you usually find in the garage made of metal and flat wood boards. The clamp is tall enough to accommodate the height of crossbeam of the storage rack, and tighten against the bottom side of the wood without any issue. Because this holder is so sturdy and stiff to move, it holds the weight of the Legion Go without wobbling or shaking, and it stays exactly where you maneuver it, without drooping.Where has this holder been all this time I've had my Legion Go?????? If you have a Legion Go, and your favorite way to play it is reclined or laying in bed with the controllers disconnected, you definitely need this tablet holder for your setup. :) With the Legion Go in this position, I can a watch anime or have another show on when my partner is watching on our bedroom TV!!! What are you waiting for??....These ARE the droids you are looking for! ;)Edit: As of May 7, 2025, this tablet holder is still going strong! The only negative thing I have to say is that the rubber (or maybe silicone) pads that secure the tablet or phone in place came off about two months back due to normal wear from repeatedly removing my iPad and switching it with my phone and Legion Go. I just glued them back on and it hasn't given me trouble since. I still love this holder! :)
