UDM Labs Protein Gummies are delicious with delicate peach flavour, quite chewy. Most importantly they are a very convenient way to boost my daily protein intake. Each gummy contains 11 grams of protein, they are also low in sugar and calories, making them a healthy and guilt-free treat. The information on the jar says 56 gummies are a 7 day supply, but I do not do heavy workouts and I do eat varied diet, so for me one or two gummies per day is enough. I really use them to boost my protein intake and improve on energy levels.

I have tried many protein snacks. Various whey protein bars and chocolate bars, but never gummies so I decided to give these a try.These are peach flavoured gummies that have been made with whey protein powder (milk) so are not suitable for vegans. Taste wise they are very neutral which is good. There's only a subtle peach aftertaste and they're not overly sweet. They do have the heavy texture of a whey snack though. So make sure you have energy to chew.They arrive in a foil sealed tub. There's a total of 56 gummies giving a total of 7 servings, which is not great. Each serving of 8 gummies gives only 11g of protein which is ok for a cheap snack, not so great for a sport focused one.Value wise at £18.98 for 7 servings these work out to £2.71 per portion which is not great. There are other protein snacks available that offer better value and more protein.As an alternative these are a good idea. And if they improved the value or protein content I think these could be really good.Value not so great, quality is good. Get some more protein or a better price and I would recommend. These come in a full sealed plastic bottle.The gummies themselves are quite dense and have a slightly odd heavy chew to them but they taste nice and are overall pleasant to eat.I'm slightly confused about the joint care claims and I'm not sure about the BCAA claims either. Looking at the ingredients it's pretty much sugar, whey protein and gelling agents.Looking at just the macro nutrition these have 14g of sugar and only 11g of protein per suggested intake and only 77g of protein in the whole bottle, not a good ratio or total amount.These are a very convenient way of getting some extra protein if you want something different to protein bars etc and may suit some people, but for me they have too much sugar and not enough protein, especially when you consider the price.

A nice alternative to the more conventional protein powders, but can have some downsides. It's easy to overgo with gummies, much easier than over do it with a protein powder which you have to shake and get ready before consuming it.The flavour of peach is barely there, but the sweetness surely isn't missing.Great nutritional value, and a good portion size as well: not just 1-2 gummies, but 8 of them! Satiates your cravings for gummies for sure.

They’re yummy & fun to chew. Wanted to take them with meds that require protein for absorbency but sugar content negates any benefits. Contains canola oil which is disappointing. The cals, gains & price isn’t worth it.Better off having a protein smoothie, nut butter or boiled eggsHope that helps.
