I had the problem with the light mentioned below, but then I wrote a three star review with the intention of reaching out to the seller. However, before I could reach out to them, they emailed me, and offered to either refund my money or ship a new unit. The case was great, other than the light, so I said they could just send a new light. However, they sent a whole new unit! That is unparalleled customer service. I love the case, and now I love the customer service. I would highly recommend the case and the seller. I could not be happier.Original Review:The case was a bit of a challenge to put together, but not too bad. In my case, everything arrived in perfect condition. Nothing was scratched or broken, and the lights worked fine. I have some coins and a book inside the case, and the lighting is perfect for them. It makes a very nice glow in the corner of my den. That is, it did for about a week. Then the light started to flash rapidly once it has been on for about an hour or so. I'm going to contact the manufacturer if I can, or try to fix it myself, but it is disappointing that this happened after only having it about a week.

Great display box! It was very simple to put together. The plastic on the pieces is annoying but I found it pretty easy to peel it off. She shelves are nice and I like that you can take some off to personalize your display. The light at the top is great, and I love that it has many colors! I used mine to display some sh figurearts figures and it works well! Very happy!

Went together easily, seems sturdy but I would suggest lifting by the base (not the sides), looks nice, will display my items well. I may glue the pieces in the future for added strength. It's cheap, I wouldn't display my Stradivarius in it, but it's good for some common collectibles. The light up top is nice, the little battery powered light strip was worthless. The gloves and cleaning cloth were unnecessary and the mini deadblow hammer was a bit over the top. I'd rather it be a little cheaper without the excess items I listed and have an option to buy that stuff in a kit. I may buy another and I'll get all that garbage included in the next one. Also, I really hate buying things made in Chynah.

Excellent Customer Service and I 100000% recommend them over other Sellers.Perfect size for Space Mollys! It was really easy to put together, no problems with directions, and all the pieces fit together perfectly.My only issue was that there was a huuuge scratch on the front. For $50+ I definitely didn’t expect that, so I had to deduct a star for that. Also the plug is constantly falling out, so the light won’t stay on. I’ve tried pushing it in, but it won’t seem to go all the way… I don’t know if that’s another defect, or if everyone’s is like that, so I had to take another star for that.

Looks ok but product is only held together with tabs and slots that do not hold well. Mine fell completely apart and destroyed all the glass art inside. I’d avoid.

Updated review:I've updated my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars now, because of the customer service and product were both great. AZEYN contacted me for more details and photos of what had happened and sent me a replacement. The replacement item was perfect this time. All the pieces fit and I had no issues with assembly. My advice is to use the provided gloves and dust towel to make sure you don't get any finger prints on the plexiglass (it attracts dust due to all the static from ripping off the protective film).My only recommendation would be to add some sort of cord organization so that you can hide the light power cord. Or maybe an option for a black background. Thanks again for the great customer service!Original review:The display itself looks pretty good and the internal frosted light is a nice touch. The issue I ran into was with the stands. The pre-drilled holes were too narrow for the plexiglass inserts to go into. The pegs that should fit snug into the wood, would crack and break off. If those holes were a half a mm longer, it would be perfect.

Now, I love the look of the case & how simple it was to put together . However, corners of the acrylic were cracked & chipping. As well as, the holes where you put the acrylic pieces having broken wood. I have seen other reviews saying this same thing, which made me a bit wary purchasing this item.Now, the case is absolutely stunning however, I wish the merchant selling this item would package it more thoughtfully.

Came with gloves so you dont get fingerprints while you assemble it. Seems sturdy and will protect my figurines from getting dusty. It has led lighting with several colors, but no uv blacklight, so I just use regular white. I will probably get another one once I get more pieces.
