I wanted to love this thing because I needed it to get my hp all in one printer to be able to fax. I followed other reviews lead, and purchased this. I found the actual cord to be very flimsy AND, no matter what I did, it would not work. I specifically bought this cord because of the 2 wire as opposed to the 4 wire problem. While the Verizon Repair person was there fix a TV issue totally unrelated to this, I asked if he could take a look at it. He was such a nice guy and he replaced one of the plastic plug-things. I really didn't think that would work, but it did! Basically, what I thought was something I didn't set up properly, was really the cord with a faulty connection to it's plug. Judging by the flimsy feeling of the cord, I guess this was a reasonable explanation as to why it didn't work. Now the fax works like a charm. Please note that I didn't contact the company because I really thought I set something up wrong, so I can't attest to the company's customer service. I just wanted to put this out there in case someone else has this experience.

The item that arrived is exactly as described and advertised. It shipped quickly, and arrived at my office door when needed. Seems to be working well as we can once again send/receive a fax

Wish I woulda measured better. But then I didn't think of all the angles and corners. Nothing is ever perfect!

It took me a while to find this 2 connector cable wire for my fax machine. It's an older model HP all-in-one. The cable is the perfect length as the others I searched were either too long or too short.

My all in one printer wasn't faxing, and my phones would be dead when it was connected. After contacting the manufacturer for the printer I was told to purchase this type of cord. Everything works!

My new printer/fax did not come with the cable to be able to use the fax capability. This cable was just the right cable to connect my printer/fax to my phone line to be able to fax. Perfect fit!

Needed a longer cable to connect telecom’s DSL router to wall jack - this worked perfectly with no loss of signal.
