It smells very good, softens the hair, prevents my hair from breaking and also darkens my hair

I've not used an oil product like this before but I tried it out the other day and thought it was nice. It certainly adds a bit of shine to my hair, although I don't have issues with dry hair or scalp so not sure how effective that part of this product will be. Funny though, I thought the scent reminded me a bit of the "Smarties" candy for some reason...although the scent is mild to me.

Manuka honey is some sort of magic elixir. It's great for hair, skin, wounds, etc. This is an easy to apply dropper bottle. Its really great at moisturizing the scalp and hair. Good for split ends.

This Sof-N-Free scalp oil is thin and refined. I have been using it nightly for a week to address a dry scalp/dry hair problem. After use my scalp is no longer itchy and my hair shines, lies flat, looks so much healthier. Previously I was using an argan oil which works well as a conditioner but it too thick for daily use. Over time the argan builds up on my skin and hair. This oil, so far, is preferable in that it is absorbed more easily into skin and hair shafts.However, I have one complaint. It is the smell. The scent is strong and does not appeal to me. Everyone’s preferences are different when it comes to fragrance, but this oil has a sweet, cloying smell that bothers me until it dissipates. I am reminded of the flavor of old-fashioned pink bubble gum. I hold my breath while applying this oil, but notice the scent lingers around me for up to ten minutes after I have used the product. Scentless oil would be preferable to me. If not scentless, then something less sweet. I feel as if this otherwise effective scalp/hair oil is not served well by the addition of this particular fragrance.Apart from the addition of the fragrance, this seems like a good product so far. It is offered at a fair price and works well.

You get three ounces of oil with a spill proof nozzle. The Manuka honey smells delightful. I use this on my natural hair and on my wigs. It brings out the natural curl pattern on my water wave wig. I put it on my bodywave wig after curling for a little sheen. This is a nice product and it doesn’t weigh your hair down.
