Reliable and Efficient Printer for Home Office Use
The HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e has been a great addition to my home office setup. It’s easy to set up and connect wirelessly, which makes printing from multiple devices super convenient. The print quality is sharp and vibrant, whether I’m printing documents or photos.I also appreciate the versatility—scanning, copying, and faxing all work smoothly, and the automatic document feeder (ADF) saves me time when handling multi-page jobs. Duplex printing is a bonus for reducing paper use, and the printer runs quietly during operation. The included 3-month Instant Ink trial was a nice touch to get started without worrying about ink right away. Overall, this printer delivers professional-quality results and is perfect for anyone needing a reliable all-in-one device for their home office.

I would avoid this printer.
Update, no longer 5 stars: It’s not been a good experience. I went to print double sided one day. It jammed every time. I contacted support did everything they asked. They sent me a list of places I could take the printer to for repair. I found one in a neighboring city. Waited for a reply. Took several days to a week. They don’t service residential printers. Okay so contacted support again. Again went through all the steps with them. Each time taking at least an hour. We gave up printing double sided. Then it started only printing in black and blue ink even though not low on ink. Went through an hour of support. Got hat fixed but running 3 clean out cycles of the ink jets. Yay. But then it started jamming again every time we printed anything. It became useless. Spent another hour with support. They sent me a new printer because it was still under warranty. Tried setting up new printer. Got this weird blue screen of death. Did another hour of tech support. Sending another replacement printer. But you have to keep running to Fed Ex because you only have 2 business days to return the printers or they will charge your card. Which is fine. I am happy to at least not have to pay for a new printer. Disappointed in this model and I’m not holding out much hope that the new one arriving today will work.5-star review: Great so far. Our HP we’ve had for a while broke (started jamming). So we needed a new one. This is our third HP Instant Ink printer we’ve owned. I’ve also given 2 as gifts!Did a little research and this is what I needed.Set up was super easy. I love that this is a much lower profile than my last one and it looks nice and modern! Love the color as well. Set up was a breeze. Easier than any of my other ones. Was able to simply switch it out in HP Instant Ink as well. The ink cartridges are quite small on this one compared to my other one so that should be interesting. But they’ve never let me run out of ink yet, so I think we are good.We use Mac’s and iPhones so it was almost plug and play. Software updated quickly. Printing from the computers and the phones in less than 15 minutes! Software also updated.

HP does it again - ever reliable
I recently got the HP 8130e, and it has been a fantastic addition to my home office. The printing is super clear, the colors pop beautifully on paper, and it prints quickly - no more waiting around! It also has a sleek design and is lightweight, making it easy to move around or store on a cart if needed. Setting it up was simple! There are instructions included, but honestly, if you're even halfway tech-saavy, you won't need them. It took approximately 15 minutes to set it all up, from opening the box to print - ready. The look is sleek and modern. There is a pull out paper tray and the location where the ink cartridges are is the same as other HP printers, you just gently pull the white facing (both next to the lights and next to the label) toward you and voila! Opened! It also holds a sufficient amount of paper for what the printer is designed for, so you should not need to reload constantly. Connecting it to my network was seamless, and I love how quickly it synced with all my devices. Now I can print from my computer, laptop, tablet, or phone without any hassle. I also signed up for the instant ink and paper subscription that came with three months free. I'm really excited about this feature - it's super convenient knowing I'll never run out of ink because it'll arrive ahead of time, and the price is very reasonable. Great for people who procrastinate on buying things! As a heads up if you've never used HP+ before, when you sign up for it (which is totally optional), HP requires you to have an HP account (obvious), but they also require you to maintain an ongoing connection to the internet AND use only Original HP ink cartridges for the life of the printer. While I do this anyway, I do think it's extremely important for anyone who is interested in trying out HP+ that there is no going back once you sign up, so your printer will only work after signing up if you do those things. No biggie for most I'm sure, but always good to know! All in all, I'm very happy with this printer and highly recommend it!
