Check the sachets number needed before buying
These are great for hydrating during or after sports. They mix well and taste great. I would recommend that you double check the amount of sachets needed for how you are going to use them. I need 2 per bottle when going for long runs and this means this box wont last very long at all.

Taste isn't the best
I was trying to find a cheaper alternative the Rapid Rehydration REVIVAL electrolytes but this one just doesnt do the same thing and doesnt taste half as nice.

Can’t say I really felt the benefit
Used these for our long haul USA holiday, took as directed, didn’t feel much benefit still had headaches first day, and that wasn’t because of alcohol as didn’t have any. Also the taste isn’t very nice odd texture like liquified boiled sweet
