This phone is really one of the best on the market in its price range and wayyyy beyond!!! I was worried at 1st because it's not a well known brand in the US and only works with specific carriers. So I did a ton of research and comparisons... What I found was that I would have to pay $5-600+ to get anything that could even compare to this device!After getting it set up on T-Mobile network it works FLAWLESSLY! I'm really amazed by how fast and smooth everything operates on this phone! I moved to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 5g from the LG v60 thinq 5g and while the comparisons say that the v60 is almost as good they are totally wrong! The Redmi Note13 kills it! And having up to 1tb of removable storage is THE BEST!!!

This is definitely the best phone ever!!!The quality of the camera, the processing, so fast!!! NO slowness any more!!!I definitely recommend it!!!

Carrier: I have it working with AT&T. This is a corporate account. Originally used with two AT&T Samsung phones and this is the third Xiaomi phone on this sim. I think the sim is 4G? I put the sim in the phone and immediately got a text saying this phone isn't compatible on the AT&T network however everything works fine.The phone is not a huge upgrade over my POCO X3. I don't really care for the HyperOS that's loaded on it. But it works, its cheap, and it has an IR blaster. Comes with a 33W charger. Camera seems like an improvement though. It focuses better.Seller included a plug adapter and car charger.

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I got this phone for my mom, and after only 2 months of use, the camera stopped working for no reason, which means I can not make a video call with her. Obviously, Amazon won’t let me return it, but returning it would have been difficult anyway for my mom's location. Now I have to get my mom a new phone.If you are about to buy this phone, think about it because my biggest fear was getting a defective phone, and sadly, the fear became a reality.

The phone is very nice but it was not compatible with my carrier (US Mobile / Verizon). It should be if it's a GLOBAL version. But it didn't work for me.I received it earlier than expected which was great.But even though I returned it the day after I received it, in perfect condition the seller charged me more than 10% of restocking fee. It doesn't feel fair as I didn't know they will charge that percentage before I received the notice of the refund, and didn't know that the return shipping wasn't free before I request the return. Those information should be clearer.

This is probably the best product I bought so far. You can take two phone cards perfect for my wife she can talk to people in China and here in the USA
