Excellent laptop for my use which is a small business. Plenty of storage space, fast startup, and a touch screen is always a bonus. Setup was a breeze using Share to move all data from one computer to the new one. The screen is a perfect size and the numeric pad is a great accessory built into the keyboard. It is lightweight for easy portability. Overall, a great computer.

For ANY price, this has proved to be a strong PC capable of heavy lifts writing complex code, compiling, and working with both online and offline content. Storage is plentiful, fast, and robust.Battery life is extraordinary. I own several other Dell laptops. My Dell 9570, in 2018, cost $3,275. This one performs better at less than 25% the cost. Great product for the money.

Ease of use for high school or college student. It's light weight and a nice resolution touch screen. The 15.6 inch screen size is perfect it's not too big or too small. Not the best graphics card but not bad if used for simple videos or zoom. Great work laptop.

I’ve only used laptop computer for a day or so, but based on its responsiveness and usability, it appears to be the best laptop I’ve ever had. At least it seems totally accustomed to my needs. it’s flexible and versatile.

I received this product and gave it to my girlfriend. It would get blisteringly hot whenever it was plugged in. It shut down in the middle of setup when we were first using it. I contact Dell Support that attempted to have us walk through things when the screen was black. They then suggested we take it to a nearby store (U Break I Fix) as it was an authorized store for their repairs. I took it to them 3 weeks to remove some fabric from packaging to stop the overheating. Then it wouldn't open up as it had set itself up with a username and password that was unknown to use. It took them 30 days to reset the laptop to factory settings. Then when we got home they had swapped out the powercord for one that didn't work with the laptop! This has been the worst purchase every and we have not been able to use this for 6 months now! Total waste and we are jumping through 100 hoops to even get to return it and get our money back. Don't waste your time or money with this! It Sucks!!
