I purchased this mixer to replace my prior one after it broke. I cook very regularly and usually use mixers for things like mashed potatoes, whipped cream, pot pie crust, etc. I seldom bake. When I do, it’s usually a small batch of cookies. So, I usually only use my mixer once or twice per month. I was looking for a mixer with descent power, sturdy, easy to clean, and easy to store/space conscious. This mixer is an upgrade from my previous mixer (which was super cheap and did a less than adequate job). This mixer is easy to use, has great power, and mixes things quickly and effectively. It is great for my purposes and frequency of use. My only complaint has to do with storage. The plastic container included does not attach to the bottom of the mixer. The mixer simply rests on top. Additionally, there is not enough space in the container to include the cord. So I’ve had to continue to use the twist tie. The only thing I wish was different is that the container latch to the mixer and for the cord to fit in the container. But this complaint isn’t enough for me to return the item. It’s just something to be aware of before purchase. I am very happy with the item over all.

When I was looking for a relatively inexpensive hand mixer to replace the one that just broke, I found this in purple and I couldn't resist. It does exactly what a handmixer in this price point should do. It's easy to use, seems durable so far, and his lightweight. The thing that bothers me about it is that the little plastic storage compartment does not attach to the base of the mixer, so it must be sitting on a flat surface in order to stay sitting on top of the storage base. In other words, if I lay the mixer in a drawer on its side the storage base is disconnected and the accessory parts fall out. That's a minor issue overall, but I wish it stayed connected so I wouldn't have to be so careful about how I store it.

I’m so sad! I got this mixer for Christmas last year, but I have only used it 5 times since then. It worked really well those five times and I thought it would last for years, then it wouldn’t turn on. I only whipped cream with it. I really looked forward to having a new mixer! I tried reaching the company to get a replacement, but I couldn’t find a number to call. I reported it through Amazon, but the email response I received didn’t seem very trustworthy. I replied anyway, but haven’t heard anything from weeks ago. I was hoping another one would come, but I will miss out on coming fall recipes which is what I wanted the mixer for. Super sad.New update: I finally heard from the company through Amazon after a month. They refunded my mixer! Yay!

Started to replace with Kitchen Aid like my old mixer. I am very happy with this purchase. It is easier to use and doesn't bog down under heavy mixing. It has attachments for bread dough. Even a case for attachment storage.

I am happy with the performance of my hand mixer. The mixer is powerful enough to mix tough batches.

Update: the company reached out to me after my review and offered me a full refund for my mixer. So I will say their customer service was amazing. Hopefully my mixer was just a bad one in the bunch. But upping my stars because of customer service.I bought this thinking it would be good because it had so many reviews. Turns out it’s just a cheap no brand mixer and I should have stuck with a brand I knew. I used it three times and from the very start it smelt like burnt rubber and had very little power. I should have sent it back sooner cause now I can’t return it and it’s totally dead.

This was just what I wanted, something light to hold and it has all the attachments that I use often. Will buy again if I need to, or to buy for a friend.

Used once or twice and one of the mixer attachments doesn’t stay in and falls out when you try and use it! Was great when it worked but didn’t last long at all!
