Mom is so happy with her little flip phone. It's used mainly to keep in touch with her if I have to leave the house on an errand. Gives her that independence that seniors gradually lose a long with their eye sight, hearing, and mobility.All she has to do is open the phone and say hello! No hassles. And I have myself on her speed dial marked with some rough two sided tape I used to make the tub more grippy for showers. She just feels the number pad until her fingers pick up on that rough tiny piece of tape. Press, ring, and there I am answering her call. Happy mama.

A great basic phone. 10 day battery life. Outperforms major name brand basic/dumb phones hands down !

This is a nice phone. The only draw back is, it seemed pre-used, no plastic covering the screen and small scratches. Also the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like. Despite the appearance of being used and the battery life, I like this phone more than my previous phone.

This phone does the job, but the menus and settings are a bit annoying, and also how recent calls appear on the screen is annoying as well--It doesn't show the whole number but instead sort of scrolls from right to left and then immediately resets to the beginning and scrolls again, so you have to watch and pay attention in order to see the last couple of digits of a number you're trying to read. Also, the flip action is nice but the two pieces of the phone don't fit very tightly together, so right from the start it had a lot of movement and feels a bit wobbly.For the price I guess I can't complain too much, as it does work, and I get pretty good reception and the connection doesn't drop that often. Also, it's nice that it has a removable SIM card so I can easily just pop it into a new phone when I get one.

I bought this phone for my elderly father. He had an I phone and he could not figure out how to use it and he could not hear it ring or when he was trying to talk to someone . This phone is perfect for any older person who is not good with technology. Since I bought him this phone he can hear it ring and can talk to people without someone having to yell for him to hear them. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to manually input all of the contacts into the phone but other than that I highly recommend this phone
