Very good for helping me to stop smoking after 61 years!
I like it because it is easy to use and a lot cheaper than cigarettes. It also helps me to stop smoking which is the most important thing.

Trying to stop smoking
These are a very good way of cutting down how much I smoke. Wish I could give up. Unfortunately these are addictive as well.

Why not make 1mg or less eg zero
I’ve become more addicted to the taste of these that the nicotine. Be good if they made 1mg or better still less. Ie zero! Tictacs and the. Like just a rent the same. If anyone knows a sweet I can suck on that tastes the same let me know

these really work
Using these brilliant little lozenges i gave up smoking entirely 18 months or so ago. They taste fine, with quite a pleasant minty taste, and they are much much cheaper and healthier than smoking.If you are still smoker they are also great fro long train or plane journeys or for anywhere where you would like a cigarette. But for me - they helped me quit, and i'm not at all sure i could have done so without these
