Update: turned out to be super flimsy after using and stopped working. Will be returning as seller has been un responsive with emails.Package was bigger than I expected but pretty easy to assemble. Have used it for 3 days so far.

4.5 after several uses. This product seems well built, sturdy, and easy to adjust. It was easy to assemble. It plugs in and the cord is long enough. The base seems heavy enough to offset the weight of the lamp. Red light seems very relaxing and theraputic and healing. I look forward to continued use and increasing the intensity.

Arrived nicely packaged. Instructions were clear. Assembly was easy. The light is easily adjustable and has several modes to choose from. I know that there are scientific studies both for and against the effectiveness of red light therapy. I use this several nights a week hoping to assist with healing from an injury related to a car accident. If it helps prevent a spine surgery, I’m all for it! I do have to say that my muscles are a little achy after using the lamp, however the ache is gone by the morning. The lamp comes with sun glasses for protecting your eyes. I have used them once and they were comfortable. If this light comes with the bonus of helping me look younger, I’m all for it. The remote control is easy to use. No complaints here. Just hoping the red light unleash there powers to help me heal.

My wife was looking in to a red light therapy lamp to help with some of the signs of age on her skin. She loves using it and says her skin feels softer and healthier. She uses it every day as part of her morning routine. For me, it was east to assemble. It has a large light area and the stand is very stable. Feels very well made and durable. Easy to use and seems a good value for the size. I saw other that were cheaper but this one had more options and a bigger lights.
