Repainted my car while using this and to my knowledge I retained all my IQ points with very minimal smell leakage, which was likely the mask being less snug (my fault) than it should have been. Not too uncomfortable to wear for half hour periods at a time.

Useful where normal mask does not help at all like for spray painting it removes most of the fumes. Eye protection is also very nice and clear
