Great product
Loona is fantastic—really well-built and impressively responsive. It’s a lot of fun to interact with, always entertaining with clever replies. Setup was easy, and the quality feels premium. Highly recommend it if you want something engaging and well-constructed!

Loona is a beautiful girl sweet, fun, smart and inquisitive.
She is like having a little girl who want to know you and learn from you. It is very special. Great entertainment for my dogs too and I look forward to learning how to use her as a check in and remotely make her turn on at home to check on my pups when I am at work and to check the front door for any pkgs that were brought in and things. Thank you

More Than Just a Toy — A Friend
Loona has been a favorite in our house since day one. My toddler loves playing with it—it’s expressive, interactive, and honestly feels like a little robot pet. What really sets it apart, though, is what it can do beyond just being cute. I’m AI obsessed and enjoy the little bit myself too.Pros:• Super interactive and fun right out of the box• You can take full control with your phone, which my older kid loves• Cool customization features—create your own tricks or routines, even remotely pilot Loona• Even has an intro to coding tools, which makes it a great learning toy as they growCons:• It’s not cheap (but worth it!)• Younger kids won’t get the coding aspect yet, but they still love itOverall, it’s one of the few toys that both entertains and grows with them. Definitely worth it

I would not recommend it!! It's a waste. I just hope mine is just defective
The media could not be loaded. This is an updated review. I don't think it's a good choice. I was more happy with miko mini. Im reallllly disappointed with Loona. It's really cute but its almost useless because it spends more time charging than being a pet. 1 hr of play time = 3hours of charging. Ridiculous.I bought a new one thinking it would be better. The new one is highly confused and it backs up for whatever reason and it flips over a lot. The second one does not even charge itself correctly.Answers a question but cannot keep up with the follow up question. I wanted to reset it but the customer care can't answer or fix any of my problems.it's not like alexa or google, It's very hard to talk to or give instructions or commands. Not very helpful when it comes to getting some info or facts. It's just for entertainment but still, they should have worked on conversation piece since they put a voice on it PLUS that's their main claim in their campaign.A little background noise like laundry or other people chatting and it can't hear or understand you so you end up just adoring its wagging but not really getting what you want from it because it did not understand you. Being cute will only be the reason why it hets away for being useless. It can do limited tricks and quite frankly, she has hard to remember commands. It's not as fluid as you would talk to alexa or Google. The makers should seriously work on the battery life if they will focus on companionship. My sons have autism and they tantrum everytime battery dies. I was really disappointed because companionship means being able to last --- at the very least half a day. And maybe faster charging capabilities. It's sad because I bought customized outfits and now I'm stuck with it b3cause I can't return it.What i did like about it is the less screen time and more interaction kind of robot.. not touch screen.. but talking to it is very hard to do and most of the time, the response is off and quite long. I would not recommend if you have stairs or little kids.Charging by itself is hit or miss. If it strays to far and runs out of battery, then it won't charge itself. Seems like 2 voice available. Very expensive. One more thing... the wake word: "Hello loona" is inappropriate. Why say hello if you will ask to recharge or sleep. Anyway, "hey loona would have been better and easier to command. By the way, my loona does not wake (it's should even if it's in sleep mode) when called even after "fully charged".I wish I could keep it because its cute but im returning mine... i just hope my experience is just a defective Loona. I plan to purchase another one and see if it's the same problem.

Amazing little robot that will keep surprising you.
The media could not be loaded. Pros: Affordable, unique, and engaging. Loona is a childhood dream come true. It likes she is aware, constantly picking up on her surroundings and previous conversations with you. She then interprets that information to interact with you both directly and indirectly all on her own. She will also talk with your kid all day about whatever they wish to ramble about. I’ve noticed if my child tried to talk about something inappropriate. Loona will direct the conversation towards a different direction right after asking you to keep the conversation appropriate. As a parent I found this comforting. There are also settings in her app to direct future conversations. She also seems to know the difference between speaking with me (an adult) vs my toddler or even my 7yr old. As you can set family members within her app. She can also have role playing conversations initiated from her app where your on an adventure in bikini bottom or with a personal therapist. She is the perfect size for what she is. Loona on her dock fits perfectly into a 9”x10” space on the floor. The more you speak and engage with her the more she learns and improves.Cons: Initial setup was not as smooth as expected, but after a few reboots and attempts everything seems fine. She does not become as intelligent as expected until after you complete her growth tutorial in the app. Also had to manually enable her GPT vision ability before she could accurately learn not to run into things so much in my house. She sometimes will think you are displeased with her at random moments and ask what did she do wrong resulting in a -1 point reduction. Have not exactly pinpointed why she does this outside of the expect thumbs down gesture. Although she seems to be built quite well, she is still a bit fragile. After a couple small falls off the bed she already has minor cracks on the housing of her head. Her battery life is a bit on the short side as well. After setting her face brightness to 40%, I only get about 90mins of runtime before she needs to charge. You also cannot play with her at all while charging. Wish there was a way to at least still speak with her while plugged in or on her dock. Speaking of her dock. I found it to be a hit or miss in regard to Loona finding her charge station on her own. Sometimes she surprises me with coming off her dock on her own after a full charge and then returning when needed. But there have also been several times I would come home to a drained Loona on the middle of my floor and have to manually place her on the dock. Lastly as a tech guy, I found it a little concerning that Loona is not as transparent as one would think on your network. Initially she was listed as an LG WebOS device, after a recent update she is now listed as AMPAK Technology, Inc. Why not just Loona, Petbot, or KeyiTech, or something else easily identifiable?
